Restaurant was expensive and needed a reservation( we didn't have one) but there was a banquet so short on staff. They seated us in middle of floor right in flow of traffic!! Pool hours were very limited due to state shutting it down due to ph levels off. Waterslide is dangerous!

The room was nice, beds were comfortable. Shower was great with huge tub. Fridge and microwave in room. Great variety at breakfast hot and cold foods.

pool doesn't open early enough to swim before starting the day & was actually shut down for repair while there.

Breakfast could of been warmer, but was good. Very comfortable, pretty ,great atmosphere. Bar staff also very pleasant. Clean rooms, all staff happy and pleasant to deal with.

Pool was closed in am when we were checking out which disappointed kids greatly. I feel there should have been a discount or a coupon to come another time to just swim, since we live a half hour away and that was only reason we came to hotel.

Hockey tournament in Grand Rapids, so it was busy, but it was good to see so many families enjoying themselves

We were in a spa room and the towels were pathetically thin and little and we couldve used more soaps...there was one tiny bar for the sink, spa tub and the shower! The TV kept going into spin mode like it was trying to down load the channel?! Otherwise we truely enjoyed our stay!!

The breakfast was delicious..I had the bisquit and gravy and it was tasty!!! There was a lot of choices for diff breakfast tastes

After traveling all day, just wanted to have anice dinner. But couldn’t eat there due to didn’t have reservations. Ordered pizza from hotel and it was terrible. We were not able to eat it. Ended up having to order something in.

Not much could have been better other than they had a shortage of pool towels but the hotel was very busy and people were taking towels back to their rooms and not leaving them in the pool area to be washed and returned.

The breakfast was great! It started early enough for us to eat and still get to our event early in the day. The pool was small but had a nice kids pool and slide as well as a great sized hot tub. The lobby had a cozy cabin feel.

Pleasant staff ..beautiful room ,clean facility ..great location...will always stay at timberlake lodge when visiting family in the area..which will be several times year. Can't wait to visit again. :)

The food for breakfast was incredible 😍. Friendly people, and we had dinner in the restaurant, perfectly cooked with popovers. The kids loved swimming, and being able to bring our Carin Terrier made it possible for us to stay. Thanks to all who made our stay relaxing and fun.

One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, in a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also one of the best, if not best, that I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was very helpful.

Room wasn't ready, staff apologetic. Gave the ok for clean. Only 3 towels, there were 4 of us. Cushion fell off the chair and there was a full cigarette under it. Waited 17 min in restaurant for service. Beds very uncomfortable, limited blankets

It was slightly awkward to get into the parking lot, but that's not something they can change—just be aware it's a bit of a runaround.

We didn’t love that the pool was booked out for kids parties and would actually be a reason for us to look elsewhere when we will be back next year.

Room had a slight musty odor. In a spa room so probably why. Difficult to turn left across 169 upon leaving hotel due to large amount of traffic in town this weekend for an event

Was in a perfect location to the church where we were at for a funeral. Room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Front desk staff were very kind & helpful We really enjoyed the restaurant and had some fabulous food. Staff there too were excellent. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at a hotel, and we have had many a hotel breakfast. The man working was very efficient about keeping up with replenishing food. Hot foods were hot. Has a very nice pool & hot tub. Just a short drive to the downtown area and riverwalk. We would definitely stay here again.
