We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI arrived a day early and tried adding the night to the reservation,but the staff opted for not adding it,so had to do a 1 night then come back in da morning to check in under new reservation, the room i was given (although i forgot to snap pic) was a hot mess.
The location was definitely a plus for me.and the staff did an okay job at accommodating me as best as he could .

They also lied to Booking.com saying we stayed there the night but we returned our key after 30 minutes of arriving.
I didn't like much except the location. It is close enough to Buffalo for easy access.

United StatesEverything, customer service kept asking me if I smoke and was very unethical, I say that because he told me no refund after the bed bugs sightings that I personally walked him to the room and showed him the pestilence.
Nothing it smelled of mildew and I couldn't breathe only to find a nest of bed bugs under the blanket.

United StatesThe sheets were dirty. There was yellow staining on the sheets. There was also blood on the sheets when checking to see if there were bed bugs. There was food left in the microwave. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, but on the bed nightstand instead. There was a big rip in the screen for the window. And no coffee maker.
Although disgusting the bed was actually comfortable. Luckily, we had a blanket and a sweat shirt to sleep with.
