United States6 reviews“We had a great time other than trying to cook with bowls to put our food in.”Not enough bowls, cook wear, and it needs some updating. Need curtain on all windows when trying to sleep late you can’t because sun shines right in your face when it comes up.
It is right on beach I love that. Great location

United States3 reviews“If I could have gotten my money back and stayed somewhere else I would have.”There was no cold water in the kitchen, the air conditioner was loud, the studio had a mildew smell, the covers for the sofa bed was not useable (good thing I brought some throw blankets from home for our long drive), wasn’t clean when arrived and the front desk was rude. We arrived at 3 pm, check in is at 4 pm. The woman at the front desk told me that if my pin worked that it was cleaned and ready. If I had thought of taking pictures when I first walked I would have. The dirty towels were still in the bathtub, the bed was somewhat made, trash on the bedside table, and the toilet was not cleaned. When i called regarding this, I had to wait 15 minutes until someone finally answered, told me that check in was at 4 pm, questioned if the bed was made, and then said that they would have someone go clean it. When we were making sure we had packed everything and looked under the bed there was a little girls sandal. This should tell you how well this studio gets cleaned.
The location was nice.

United States2 reviews1 helpful vote“Worst anniversary vacation stay ever and it's all because booking.com and vacasa did not do job”Well the fact that we got there at 3:30 and could not get into our room until almost 6:00 when our check-in time was 4pm me and my wife had to stand in the hot sun for almost 2 hours not to mention they gave me the wrong room I wanted a room on the bottom floor facing the ocean I got a room on the 5th floor with no view of the ocean I was very unhappy and when I called the casa to complain about it they gave me the runaround and I guarantee you I will not be using booking.com or vacasa ever again and will be giving both of them the worst review I have ever done
It was close to a lot of activities and the parking was decent

United States5 reviews1 helpful vote“WHAT STAY??? We never saw it......so it was a CATASTROPHE to say the least!!!!”The fact that we NEVER got into the room and NO ONE seemed to be concerned! We waited in the hall outside the room for 4 hours in the 98 degree weather and NO ONE ever showed up to help us. The only good thing about it was the young man at the gate gave us our $30 parking fee back when he heard we still hadn't gotten into our room We gave him back our armbands & hanger for the mirror. SO....if they say that we did access the unit why weren't we on the board twice, that is if we came back we would've had to purchase another parking pass and armbands! I'll bet you don't see our names on the books twice for that!!! We thought that maybe the next morning someone would call and tell us we could come back and the door was working. No one ever checked on us or showed any concern at all!!!
Well if I had ever gotten into the room we paid for it probably would've been ok. We never saw the inside of the room due to we couldn't get the code to work nor the key in the keypad holder and NO ONE ever showed up to help us, so we left after waiting 4 hours for help in the 98 degree heat!! So I can't say if it was a good room or not??? I know it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I was on the phone with VACASA most of that night and most of the next day to try to get a refund with no luck
