Guest bathroom -toilet paper holder falling off the wall and toilet isn't bolted to the floor on one side.

We really enjoyed the property and location. So much to do, but if you want to enjoy the fun adventures in Destin, ,they were close by. The price was a great value for how much the property offered.

Easy check in process, plenty of amenities. Tennis, heated pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, mini golf, gym, easy check in.

Lack of communication! The listing did not specify that motorcycles were not permitted on the property even if they were inside a enclosed trailer. We were forced to leave the trailer in a parking lot not owned by the property and pray it wasn’t towed. As well as we were forced to spend over 100.00 for items to deter someone from stealing it. We asked for a refund but we’re told refunds were not given. We also were not given clear instructions on what building, door code for entry, ect…

There wasn’t much, but the master bedroom door doesn’t close easily. You have to slam or push it very hard to close and lock it. Then, the thermostat stopped working on us the first night, but they did send someone to fix it the next day thankfully.

The property was very spacious and clean. I also loved how big the balcony was.

There wasn’t anything about the property it self we didn’t like, we only had issues with some of the staff not knowing what to tell us. I received a text to call and get information about my reservation, I called and the agent seemed like she didn’t know what I was talking about. She finally gave me some info. We get there after hours and the guard asked us if we checked in at the office. We explained that the text message told us to come to the guard after hours. He was very apologetic to the situation and helped us. We get to the pool the next day and ask a staff member which pool should we be in because it was two and we didn’t want to do anything against policy. She asked where was our fob and I showed it to her. She began to tell us to go enter the pool on the other side when we were already standing inside the gate. What sense did that make? We just wanted to make sure we were in the right place. Now the gate on the side we entered wasn’t working and people were walking in but she could’ve answered my question. Needless to say, my family visits Florida every year at least four times. We decided to give this facility a try before we bring the entire family. The facility is nice, just minor people issues. Thanks.

The property was nice and clean. It was in a good location, near the beach. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds.

The property was top shelf all the way...from the suburb amenities to the great beach and location...the suite was beautiful and was completely stocked for dishes...cook ware...laundry washer and dryer...towels. A complete apartment with a sea view, that came with the use of a first class health spa/gym 2 pools and beautiful beach...was the best beach holiday I have had in the USA.
