Check in was a breeze. Loved the electronic lock with code, didn’t need to worry about losing a key or card. We were on the 8th floor and the view was stunning! With 2 bedrooms one king one queen bed and 2 bathrooms, we had plenty of room. The condo was clean an comfy. The wi fi was a little spotty at times. The grounds and facilities were well maintained. The work out facilities were closed for updates so I can’t rate them.

The condo was an 11th floor unit - might have been better a bit closer to ground level, but I think there may have been more noise from rooftop compressors and ventilators, so I'm not certain that would be better.

The balcony wasn't parallel to the beach, instead being kind of westerly, but a portion of the beach was clearly visible. I think this turned out to have some advantage with respect to being cooled by shade and still receiving good sun later in the afternoon. Quiet. Peaceful. Very tasteful furnishings. The vinyl plank flooring was a great choice. Kitchen was complete and quite usable, but one person at a time. Bedrooms (2) were generously sized even with large beds (king in master and queen in second bedroom). Very clean. Lots of carts for moving in and out.

Only hiccup was the iron appeared to turn on and off and leak water.

The property exceeded our expectations. The view was great, the space, cleanliness, was all great! Everything that we needed was there!

Check in was so easy and having a code instead of a key made going in and out of the room so easy for everyone. The view from the room was gorgeous and the master bathroom was massive!

My dislikes are minor. The condo is great with just a few small details needing attention. The master bedroom door did not lock. We put in a service request. Technician came the same day but the lock still would not work. The king bed needs a mattress topper at the least. You can feel the springs when you lay down. Also, the toilet lid in the master bath needs replaced. It’s stained.

Secure, well-maintained, convenient, clean, good view. Nice facilities with a bar at the pool. Friendly and helpful staff. We would stay here again.

The front security when I arrived was rude and dint know much kept asking me the same questions over and over took about 30 min just for him to let us in , the apartment had so many stains the furniture had cigarette burns even tho we had a non smoking apartment , no extra linning , toilet paper is sooo cheap, the beds are old and make noice when you lay the outside patio lights dint work the outlets in ny room didn't work the elevator got stuck and their soooo hot the cart to get your luggage had a flat tire not worth what I paid for
