The problem is that the hotel is far from all main places in LA, and taking an uber in night might make the cheap price of the hotel not worth it (80$ from city center). Furthermore, staff at reception ask for 70$ to keep my bag from 11am to 8pm, - of course its way over price and I manage to do it for 8$ in store near the airport. I didn’t mind the street noise but there were people up at all hours talking loudly both nights I stayed and it was beyond annoying. Also my room had plantation shutters on the window which are NOT blackout drapes. My room was lit from the light in the parking lot all night and then blasted with sunshine at dawn. Bring a sleep mask and earplugs! Otherwise, it’s a good property.

Nicely decorated rooms that were clean. Comfortable bed. Helpful to have a refrigerator.

the tv needed to be replaced. because it had cracks in the picture. and I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t get more towels until the morning when house keeping came back.

Very thin walls You can hear conversations clearly from one room to another.

It says on the website from booking.com that you receive a full American breakfast with your room. It was a pastry and juice/coffee. Their excuse was COVID but no yogurt cups no fruit etc a bad excuse for an American breakfast. A scam indeed. No credit for a nearby restaurant. There is no way that was an American breakfast . Scam. If they don't have it, breakfast should be taken down off the website or a credit to a nearby restaurant should be provided. The breakfast was the reason we booked this hotel.

Originally, I was in my assigned room. I was awaken to a continuous ticking sound in the air conditioner. I tried to remove the plug in hopes the sound would stop, but it continued.! When I was unpacking and placed my toiletries in the bathroom, I saw two ants and thought nothing of it. The next morning, there was a trail of ants.

The carport parking was decent. I was satisfied when the hotel manager allowed me to swap rooms due to an ant infestation in the bathroom.

Bed are to small, bedspreads are in bad condition, the breakfast is not a breakfast it's just bread and coffee.

The blow dryer went to an immediate overheat that was hard to turn off with a burning smell. Made repeated requests for another, or a maintenance call, which was ignored before we left. I'm allergic to Fabulouso, and it's used extensively by the cleaning crew.

A bustling area near Costco, Sam's Club, and more. It was a good choice for us near the Hollywood Bowl shuttle bus.

Very old and run down. staff was not friendly at all. The family in the room above us was incredibly loud. We called 3 times and also went to the front desk to voice our concerns and it took over an hour for them to handle the problem. we stayed 1 night and this was around 10pm. We desperately just wanted some sleep.

check in was fairly quick and check out was very fast.

- Staff (the one with glasses) seemed a little rude while he was checking us in. He just threw the ID and credit card at us after he asked for it and he seemed angry. - Breakfast could have more variety

You get what you pay for. Would stop again room could of been made up a few more times and condiments topped up

Breakfast was a glass of orange or cup of coffee and a cake. Location was OK. Room was nothing to shout out about but clean and tidy.
