Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe equipment around the rooms are out of date. Hope they can slowly replace some of them, at least the hair dryer with empty back.
I've been to this place for 4 times. It is right inside the white mountain area and this quiet town is so beautiful. And the foliage in the Waterville valley itself is worth a visit. We like the athlete club so u can enjoy some tennis, pool and shower.

United StatesThe condo was a bit tired looking needing upgrades and a renovation. Condo it self was very clean, but as an example cracks in the walls, dirty/stained carpet gave the condo a not so pleasant feeling. Huge issue: No A/C in upstairs bedrooms, sweltering. Fans available but very loud making it hard to sleep with the sound; felt like a plane getting ready to take off :-). Could not open windows upstairs at all for a breeze as only 2 windows “down stairs” had screens. Last, the kitchen windows did not have any shades or window treatments to close and the sun streaming in the windows during the day just added to the heat of the condo and no privacy from outside guests at night with the lights on.
Condo staff very helpful and pleasant. Perfect location great facility and so much to do; loved and impressed with the gym and pool, very very clean! Staff there helpful in many ways including info on hikes, which we did take advantage of their suggestions. Thank you for the inclusion of the freedom pass, such a bonus to our time there!

United StatesIt was a bit pricey. There were elevators up to the second floor but the next level to the condo we had to climb stairs. I think this was my only real complaint. I would of come back and recommend.

The location was excellent with a view to the gazebo and activities area. The rooms were decent size. The staff was great and allowed us little more check out time.

United Statesa bit rundown. no AC in unit we were booked for. was able to upgrade to unit with somewhat noisy AC unit, but for an added charge. missing some basic items in the kitchen, if you are planning to cook. you never saw anyone from the resort walking around the property.
great setting in a valley surrounded by mountains. great resort setup with commercial spaces on lower floors and rooms above. good size of 3-bedroom unit. nice pools, but a 10 min walk. you can drive or wait for a shuttle.

United StatesThere was NOTHING decorated for the holidays, which led to a loss of revenue for shops and disappointment for all guests. Covid is an excuse for Santa not coming indoors, but not for putting any effort into making the Town Square festive with decorations and events. Rooms were great, but bedrooms need more lights. They were very dark.
The location itself is great because it’s located right near everything in Waterville.

United StatesThere was a weird smell and it was very stuffy in the condo. The couches were gross and the beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up with some bumps on my shoulder and I'm not sure if they are bug bites or from something else there. I would never stay there again.

United StatesOur first unit did not have A/C upstairs. That was my fault for not noticing it was not included. They moved our unit which we appreciated. However I planned to cook our meals. There was very sparse kitchen gear. I had to flip an egg with a tablespoon - no spatula. Very few pots/pans. They also did not come to the room with towels or toilet paper. They said it was because covid but its June 2023 - Covid restrictions are turned off. We ran out of toilet paper. Even though we could get some from the front desk it was hard to catch someone at the exact moment you needed them.
There was no breakfast and it wasn't expected to be either - not sure about this question.
