Breakfast wasn't the best. Waffles were soggy and I wish there was more fresh fruit. But overall good.

Location was great. Right across from the mall. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool.

we weren't offered a gift bag which contained water upon arrival. others were. I asked when I. are down and they told me no, that it was available for customers checking in. then offered me the option to purchase water. meanwhile another check in was handed free water. it was a little weird.

The shower was a little hard to get started. It was stuck, and I had to really try for a little to get it to switch from bath to shower. Also, the breakfast was underwhelming. It did not look appetizing. I went to a diner instead.

Jared, Sean and Matthew were amazing at the front desk. They were helpful and thoughtful AND PATIENT!!! with our 10u girls hockey team!! Jared Put out provisions for the girls before regular breakfast hours because their game was so early. Which was life saving. The pool was perfect fir the girls to chill and have fun between matches. Great location from Play Off Ice rink

We had a one night stay at TownePlace Suites-Dover. The staff are welcoming, accommodating and professional. The rooms are well designed, though the seating is a bit awkward given TV location (we watched the World Cup final!). There is a small kitchen area in the entry area, the main room with a desk and an adjacent couch that faces the bed. The space between the furniture is somewhat tight, so might be challenging for a longer stay. The bathroom is well equipped, has wall mounted shampoo/conditioner/gel dispensers (kudos for eliminating the singe use plastic containers) bot is otherwise small. They cleverly have a closet that opens both to the entrance area and the bathroom. The 'fitness center' has limited equipment: treadmills and an elliptical. Limited floor space. I used the pool deck to do yoga with one of the two mats. Breakfast has the obligatory waffle maker, some bagels/bread for toast, 3 dry cereals, 2 hot items (scrambled eggs and ?), juice options and a few yogurts. No non-dairy 'milk' products. The location is at the end of roadway, with only 3 buildings total: a storage facility, another brand suites hotel and this place. Nothing accessible except by car, which pretty much characterizes the general area.

Totally heartbroken that the pool was closed, as I had specifically booked for this feature, but it can't be helped. I would have also preferred more staff to be masked but I understand it's no longer mandatory.

Room layout was cramped and awkward. Single king bed room first floor was tight for more than 1 person to stay in. Doors slam shut loudly. Hear this happening late into the night from other rooms. Getting back on to main roadway systems around hotel is unsafe. This hotel is tucked behind a high traffic area mall and requires multiple crossover traffic turns to get out around town. Appears this location was helping FEMA/displaced families and hosted several wedding parties while we were here. Lots of people just hanging around the lobby and parking lot making noise at all hours of the night.

Full kitchenette appliance suite and large fridge/freezer. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Good in-room TV.
