The bathroom was just a barn door so lacking privacy a little bit, the elevators were also extremely slow especially during breakfast time - we had to take the stairs on more than one occasion.

Staff were extremely friendly - we always felt so welcome when we walked through the doors. They offered cupcakes etc. for Easter it was great.

The only gripe I have was that the my room was next to the elevator so there was a lot of extra noise, and that the bathroom sliding barn door didn't close completely, leaving a gap you can see in. Other than that everything was great!

The employees were very nice and the hotel will hold your bags for you so you don't have to carry them around after check out. It was very organized too. I was able to check in early by paying a fee and the overall stay was great. The room even had a little kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave, and utensils/glasses. It's also only a 6 minute walk to Madison Square Garden, and a 9 minute walk to K-town. Would definitely stay here again!

Every member of staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The room had a well fitted kitchenette. A small room as is typical in Manhattan but very well appointed. Immaculately clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of food and drink and paper boxes were provided for taking food out. Luggage storage after check out was safe and secure with an appointed staff member on security watch who located our luggage effortlessly.

Lifts need to be programmed better. Had mornings it was taking 10 minutes or more waiting for a lift.

The air conditioning was either all or nothing ... so it went from really cold to mild and then back to really cold. The breakfast situation was very chaotic, but I felt like staff was very kind and organized in dealing with it.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was a great deal for it's location and everything was super neat and tidy.

The size of the room was so small that having more than one person can make things difficult. There is very little space on one side of the bed as well as at the foot of the bed and nowhere to put your bags except in the way. The barn door to the bathroom is at the foot of the bed with the toilet literally within 3 feet. You could actually see the toilet while sitting in bed. There was a cleaning cart left outside our room for all 5 nights of our stay and with the hallways being so narrow, it required turning sideways to pass. The breakfast was absolutely nothing special. Everything seemed pre-made off site, including the scrambled eggs. Lots of things are served in the manufacturer packaging. After a couple days, we decided just to skip breakfast. Also, breakfast cuts off at 9:30 during the week and at 10:00 on weekends which is just too early for this traveler.

The location was excellent and several subway stations were nearby. The room was clean and we felt safe during our stay. The bedding was comfortable and we slept well.

The rooms are very small, almost claustrophobic. There was very little room to walk around the bed. You had to tilt to one side to pass by the TV on the wall. Bathroom was very small.

The hotel lobby is small and not comfortable, but in New York you have no time to waist sitting in hotel lobby.

The location of the hotel in Chelsea is the best for Manhattan. To most important places you can walk on foot. Metrostations are on the same street and busstops are near. The breakfast is good with small variations every morning, a bit more vegatables would make it better. The rooms are very comfortable with modern design.

The lifts were terrible and I felt sorry for the people on the upper floors as they had no choice but to wait for them. We used the stairs to get to level 8 95% of the time.

Having the kitchenette was brilliant and saved us a lot of money as we could eat in. We also liked the included buffet breakfast

Sometimes the breakfast was pretty crowded and they run put of coffee and other things. That said, it’s completely understandable since its a very big hotel.
