Traffic noise was noticeable at times, but the hotel itself was pretty quiet and restful.

it was close to the family we were visiting. Easy access to I 15 and other restaurants and stores. The breakfast was good. Well lit parking lot and the neighborhood seemed safe.

We asked for a room with a view of the mountains but staff was a little disoriented and we ended up with a view of the freeway.

I enjoyed having the breakfast available. Plenty of choices and good time range.

the only thing that I didn’t like was that the building looked old…but other than that it was great.

Looked like the interior halls might need a paint job.

Location was good for access to I -15. Restaurants and grocery store nearby. Put us on bottom floor for easy access to outdoors with our dog. Nice area outside for dog.

I thought I had booked a larger room…..called the desk and the gal on duty…... Said she could not upgrade our room because it was a third party reservation…she said I had to go back through booking Looked at my paperwork and it said if I canceled after 4 pm I was going to be charged my first nites price..I didn’t want to do that. The desk was no help…she didn’t offer any other advice….except to say it would be $250 a nite more…. I have used Booking for years. Not happy with some of the problems we have ran into….like….the BW in Brigham city. No where could I find information on the hotel not having an elevator…after reading my information about the TownPlace Suites….it said the payment and any changes in the booking would be handled by the hotel..they weren’t much help…vacation is over for this year….but….next year I might have to change companies…

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were welcomed. Our room had a lovely kitchenette. It was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Breakfast for what i paid for the room was not equivalent. The bun was soggy not to mention the ingredients on the back of the sandwiches given was scary to read. I could’ve gotten better breakfast from Mcdonald’s which I call Mc Nastys if that gives you and idea. Also our room stunk like Indian food or something, also i paid to have a mountain view. Not the back side of another building view. If we’re going to go by being able to see parts of the mountain I could’ve rented a room anywhere in salt lake area with view of the mountains. The bed was not comfortable and the next day I was so tired at the wedding I was miserable. I traveled from Oklahoma to here camping 90% of the time on an air mattress, it was more comfortable than that bed.

Hot tub was clean and the pool, our bathroom was clean and the tub was great but not long enough for anyone over 5’7”. The Iron was nice to have but not usable as it had black crud melted to it and the steam function didn't work right and shot boiling water out onto my foot.
