when we got back to our room after a loong day, I found our bathroom has muddy shoe marks all over the floor… I didn’t call housekeeping bec my baby might get awakened, so I just cleaned all the mess myself. our king room was so small, not like the ones in the photos, that we have to get my mom a separate room bec 3 people plus a baby cannot move inside the rm comfortably.. my brother’s room in the 6th floor smells like wet carpet..

very central location, front staff was helpful bed was comfortable

I wish they had a pool. The breakfast was also disappointing, but that’s almost expected since covid.

The room was cozy and clean. I loved the kitchen in our room. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. Great area in Hillcrest.

The location. It is not located near restaurants or public transportation. We walked to have dinner and to catch buses or trains farther than we would have wanted to do.

The room and facility were clean and in good repair. The staff was very helpful.

The office should keep an extra toner in the office. The toner in printer was out as I could not print out my boarding pass.

One night, the power was off for about 8 hours and had to be relocated to another hotel because the hotel does bot have a generator! Incredible! We had to move with two kids at 11pm, one of them 5 months old. Very embarrassed!

The room is a studio fully equipped and renovated

The parking garage isn't attached to the hotel. You have to go outside of the hotel and walk past a restaurant then there it is. It's also a super small garage as well. Parking there is $25/day. We had a fold out bed in our room but there were no linens in the room. Not a huge deal as I called down to the front desk and they sent someone up with some. But it would be nice if it were already in the room, along with a pillow. And the right size. The fitted sheet was way too big for the foldout.

We had traveled really early from up north and got to the hotel late morning. They were actually able to check us in! That was so great since we were traveling with a toddler. The room was a good size. We had the mini suite with kitchenette since we have a toddler. The fold out couch into the bed worked great for him to sleep on. The king size bed was so comfortable! The closet was very big, and a large enough space behind the door to store our stroller each night without having to fold it up. The breakfast in the morning was nice as well. You let the breakfast attendant know what you would like and they pack it up for you in a Togo box (due to covid still I guess). I also liked that there was a guest laundry facility available. My son got sick one night so I was able to throw all of clothes and blanket into the wash so it was clean and ready to go when we left the next morning. I also appreciated that you had to use your room key to get into the hotel at all times. Definitely nice security feature.

the location and parking next door, such a pain. i’ve stayed at Marriott town place suites before at a different state and the breakfast was fabulous. This place just had bagels muffins, it was bad. Even the milk I got was sour.

They didn't have the exact room we booked but it wasn't a big issue. The view from the window was terrible though, our window faced a wall with very few room in between and not much sunlight.

The room was great, it included modern renovated bathroom and kitchen, big TV screen and new appliances.

the only draw back is the breakfast, im hoping its a hot breakfast but instead they give you in to go box , recently ived been on a couple hotel with breakfast and theyre serving already a hot breakfast.. Parking lot is not attached to the hotel they shared with other hotel.. so you have to go out and walk to your hotel..

our mini studio was so clean , and as we enter our room its was so fresh and so nice the staff are nice and helpful 👍.. for sure my family will come back again in here..
