Not enough dishes and towels. We had four rooms and when we asked for more towels we were told there wasn’t any. One of our rooms only had a couple forks so we had to ask the front desk for a complete step. Rooms could be cleaned better. There were hairs in our shower when we arrived.

Staff was great and the beds were really comfy.

understaffed- had to wait a substantial amount of time for employees to check on the front desk in order to check in or out. the pillows also need replaced (it was basically like sleeping without one because they were so flimsy)

Bathroom could have been cleaner - for example, *Used toilet paper roll *Dirty wash rag hanging on the shower rod *Something on the wall by the toilet, what I suspect was urine or toilet water. The AC didn’t work and the thermostat was hanging off the wall when we checked in at 12am. We spent the night in a fairly hot hotel room but maintenance had it fixed the following morning and it worked wonderful the rest of our stay!

There is only one bathroom. So if you needed to use the restroom you could if there was someone in the shower. The gym was way too small. Nothing in there to workout with. The breakfast wouldn’t be considered breakfast. Don’t eat pork so there wasn’t anything that I could have a pork breakfast sandwich was the only thing they had to eat.

Every time I called for fresh towels or sheets or for someone to vacuum our room, it never happened. Very frustrating! We stayed 5 nights and the room service was disappointing every single time! No trash bag in our trash can, we had to ask for one, the sofa bed mattress had seen better days, it was very thin and coming apart at the end of the mattress and the TP holder in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. The A/C ran constantly and never got down to the set temperature.

We were there for five nights and after the first night the pool got shut down for some maintenance problems. It didn’t reopen until the day before we left so we never got to enjoy it. My daughters were little upset about this. The room never was fully cleaned before we got there, wasn’t really vacuumed and the fridge had spilled food in it from the past occupant. The room also needed a good dusting.

We have stayed here once before little over 4 years ago so I knew what to expect. The suite we stayed in was nice and spacious. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. And always had clean towels and toilet paper if we needed just had to ask. The breakfast was a grab and go meal bag that was alright, rather have the buffet that they once had.

Nothing this was a external white wash paint job outside to make a dump look nice. The staff was defensive to rude. The refrigerator did not work. No TV or cable service for 3 of 4 days, thank god one nice service staff member took it upon himself to fix it. The parking lot bright lights

Small room, small bed, dog barking next door for hours at night; the staff said "dogs are allowed" and thus could do nothing to help. The breakfast was so limited that we could not find anything decent to eat. Very high price: not worth it.

I booked through booking and when they couldn’t find my reservation even after providing them with my confirmation number and email the front desk worker wasn’t too eager to help fix the situation. My card was charge twice for 150 first then for 123. When I called the hotel they basically said it never happened but my bank sent me my transaction history and 2 separate charges are clearly stated for tps. Rooms could be a little cleaner seen 2 live roaches . Dishes wasn’t cleaned good silverware still had food residue on it . And the room at a smell to it.

My three friends and I were suppose to be given a queen suite with two queen beds, however when we got there our room had a queen bed and couch pull out mattress. The stay went down from there. The hotel refused to help accommodate us, and the nightime front desk lady was awful. She talked super quietly so we could barely hear us, and gave us the third degree at every request for her to help us. Here are some examples of what was wrong with our room: The dishes were dirty when we got there, there were ants and bugs in the kitchen. We didn't have any sheets for the pull out bed, and when we went to ask for them we were given the third degree. We were told that for a group of four there was no way we were going to be given more than two blankets. We only had two towels and again were given the third degree about asking for more towels. They never emptied our garbages and we had to ask for more garbage bags and empty them ourselves. We ran out of toilet paper. The front desk staff during the day was much more accommodating than the nighttime girl we encountered the first night, but that would never be enough to persuade me to come back to this hotel. It was a good price for Clearwater, but you definitely get what you pay for. Stay away.
