This was my third time staying at this facility. If I have anything to do with it, unless I can't find anything else, this would be my last time staying here. The front desk staff was terrible & disrespectful and I had requested a deluxe 1 bedroom and it was anything but deluxe.

They needed to update the hotel. It’s raggedy, the bathroom sink wasn’t working properly so we had to brush our teeth and wash our faces in the kitchen sink. For what we paid I just expected it to look better

I arrived at 5pm to be informed at checkout that my room was not cleaned or prepared, there were no linens or clean towels until 6:30pm. We were escorted to another room to get ready for our event.

The manager Dante did everything in his power to ensure my needs were met as Emmy family and I were pressed with time for an event.

The suite was not clean. There were boogers and spots all on the walls. Roaches were living there as well. The AC unit need dusting. There was a very bad smell. We left.

The entrance to the grounds (flower beds) were fine. However as soon as you continue to the parking lot, it was very dirty and unkept.

We arrived st 2:30 pm, with check-in being at 3. We were told that we had to wait because they had to check the room to see if it was ready. This was not a problem, so we leave and come back. We get our keycard, which did not initially work., and get on the elevator which where there was tumbleweed sized dust balls mixed with hair all on the floor. we get to our room and the couch is covered in white dog hair. We go tell the front desk and they said they would notify house keeping, which was fine since we were about to leave for an event. Several hours later we return to find dog hair. I go back to the front desk and the gentleman tried to help me but found they locked the utility closet and they were not provided a key. I asked for extra sheets to at least cover the couch. I also asked about the gym but found that neither mine or his key card would not work. Before checking out the next day I returned to the front desk the room was discounted. I must state that the facilities are not very clean and are understaffed, but the staff that was there was pleasant and tried to accommodate.

We were booked for four nights in a suite and we were put in a room that had no running A/C for our first night. We notified the front desk and were told no one could come fix it and there were no other rooms available, so we had to try to sleep in our 80° room. The next day we were told they couldn’t fix the a/c in the room, but we could move to another room(that magically appeared) available. The rooms may have had clean sheets and towels, but other than that, were not very clean. Our room had a kitchen with stove, sink, and refrigerator, but there was nothing in the cabinets or drawers to use in the kitchen for making anything. We were also not impressed with the breakfast they had, not much selection or stocked well.

The location was good. Was credited for one night’s stay due to our room not having a/c.

The lighting on the property should be better. The hallways were not well kept, walls, stairwells, bannisters needed a good cleaning. The carpets in the corridors needed to be vacuumed. There was nothing in the kitchen, ZERO. No plates, cups, pots or pans. There was a sofa in the room but its' comfort life had expired. There was a table but no chairs. Maid service? We had to go to the office and request fresh towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. One evening we returned a little later than usual (maybe 900 PM) to find the only available parking space left was next to a car where two young men were smoking copious amounts marijuana and were not even attempting to be discreet about it. The men themselves were no trouble, they were completely wasted but by by the time I got back to my room I was needing a hot dog. All kidding aside, it made for an uncomfortable situation.

Staff was very friendly and helpful where they were ale to do so. Location was good and access to where we needed to go was good. The room was clean for the most part. Having the larger refrigerator and working microwave was helpful for a multi-day stay. There were some families with children outside playing ball so that made for a pleasant atmosphere.

I didn’t like, and I know this isn’t under the control of the hotel, but people were loud, very loud, outside and inside. people were outside our rooms until midnight, drinking and smoking. There would be people laying or sitting in the hallways. The facility in general, made my grandmother and mother very uncomfortable.

I love the cleanliness of the check in area the rooms never disappoint depends on the room you get a water view if your 207 this last time 208 had parking lot viee but loved the option for kitchen utilities and small living room and the bed was very comfortable where I didn't want to get up in the morning.
