The swimming pool was absolutely freezing and the towels were old

Good selection for breakfast but we were rushing for plane so it was grab and go. I love having a kitchen in the room and the refridgerator for cold drinks in the middle of the night. The air conditioning was wonderul.

I didn’t like that there was ants in the kitchen area. The pull out bed was not comfortable at all, had gaps. Toilet sit was broken and the lighting wasn’t great.

The location was amazing. Close by to everything you could ever need. Great restaurants close by.

Great location, front desk lady was very nice and helped us out the first day after having trouble with our booking due too miscommunication with booking.com. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of options.

It's in a strip mall. On Friday night there was a LARGE group of young people drinking & playing music, they were VERY VERY loud. It was a tad annoying but they were made to leave around 12:45am.

Jesse & Lavina are AMAZING! We really wanted to check in early, my adult son hadn't slept for a few days & he was exhausted. They went above & beyond! They got us in (on a busy weekend) & we were able to stay in the room for both nights (that wasn't the case when I booked). The property was as advertised. But Jesse & Lavina are true gems!

The 1 downfall was not due to the HOTEL it was due to other guests stay during the same time. Someone pilled ALL of their PERSONAL ROOM trash out by the hallway HOTEL CURTSY trashcan near the elevator which caused the ENTIRE hallway to smell. Within 20mins of calling the FRONT DESK all the trash was gone and the smell was gone. Thank you.

The room my family of 3 (27,31,10 months old) originally booked had a unfortunate leak in the kitchen in the middle of me cooking dinner in the kitchen and the kind women at the front desk upgraded our family to a room that was double the size of the 1 we originally had because our kitchen leak. It turned out to be an amazing restful family little getaway for dads birthday. The continental breakfast delicious each day!

Front doors slammed every time we came in, and out the hotel. Even if we tried to close them quietly.

I liked the fact that it was in a decent, good area for my family. Movies, restaurants, etc.

Beds are too firm for my liking. Ants in the bathroom and kitchen, slip and fall from bathtub too narrow for bigger feet. No hot water in the shower at first check in then was moved to another room which is then where the ants were and the slip and fall.

The cleanliness of the facility. When I first checked in I found a pubic hair on the toilet seat and a long dark hair on the rolled towels above. Did not look like they cleaned the bathroom. Then when I went to go warm up my food there was the previous guest’s leftover food in the microwave. Disgusting! God only knows how long that was in there for. But when the manager was notified after, she said sorry and proceeded to not to do anything to rectify the situation. Sad part for poor management.

I liked the location of the hotel. Breakfast was somewhat edible.

The fact it was a pet friendly place that allowed people to bring their dogs in the eating area on the tables and seats I was very uncomfortable with that and gnats was in the eating area. The exit signs was on the floor the buttons to the elevator was stuck,didn't light up made me uncomfortable, hard to find cart for your luggage. My sheets had stains, the cable went out on the floor I stayed on I requested another room walked in the room and it smelled bad I refused to take it returned to desk she gave me another key walked in the room smelled like wet dog and the carpet was bad so I stayed in the first room. The pool area was small.

The pictures on the computer was nice the breakfast area was nice, I liked the outside it was in a perfect location close to freeways shopping centers , restaurants was all in walking distance I loved that part.

originally I selected this property because of location. The cost was already very expensive so I took a day off however we drove and roads were closed so we basically lost our Friday. I asked for an accommodation via booking .com and it was the run around. Since we missed Friday I asked for Monday (change of dates) at no additional cost. I was told there was no way I could be accommodated and that no manager was on staff. I found that very misleading because someone had to be in charge with the authority. I will not stay at this property ever again. I don’t like the runaround.

the lever to change the bathtub to the shower wouldn’t complete, so we had the shower head and bath faucet running at the same time and it was very loud, but water pressure was still very good

It is the most stylish hotel I've been to! I love the paintings on the walls and how luxurious it feels! Everything matched on the photos! There's nothing more frustrating than seeing something missing or changed up from the photos. Here, it's what you see what you get, and that's something I truly appreciate.
