The toilet holder was too close to the toilet. The bottom of the tub was slippery, no mat.

Nice spacious room and liked the separate closets. Good variety for breakfast. I liked the omelet & mini waffles. Good location to the freeway and to get downtown.

The windows were dirty on ground level. I cleaned mine. There's 42 windows on ground level. I'd like to clean them all for room comp. There's work being done at the hotel. In back, a lot of debris is not properly disposed of. Trip and fall hazard.

It was the only hotel in the general area that was acceptable in terms of safety and cleanliness. Others were really bad. Staff were very nice and room was clean. Adequate parking. Pretty good but definitely not high end, lol.

Checking in was quick and simple. Staff were pleasant to communicate with. Laundry and fitness center was a plus. Location was quiet and clean with easy access to the freeway.

The eggs for breakfast were rubbery, but I enjoyed the rest of the items including the Belgian waffle. A good part of the room didn't have enough lighting when it got dark.

The breakfast was good. Facilities were clean and up to date. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. I had no noise in my room although the street was just outside. It was nice to have a suite.

I was there for a week and my trash never got emptied. My linens are never changed. It would’ve been nice if they had changed them at least every 2 to 3 days. The price is for the concession snacks and sodas is ridiculous i.e. four dollars for a bottle Coke. You can get two for that price at the grocery store.

Convenient the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The blueberry muffins were the best.

Pull out couch/bed was not very comfortable, and the linens did not fit the bed. Lighting for that bed and an electrical plug were not convenient. However, I would definitely stay again, knowing now what type of room to ask for.

We needed handicap parking and no one told us the hotel was under construction. We were given a random place to park and in the morning we found a note saying not to park there.

Bed was like sinking into a marshmallow, too soft for most sleepers.... a bit firmer would be better. Shower curtain liner needs to be about 3in longer so it stays inside the tub area which would stop from flooding the bathroom floor

Didn’t have a hot tub I was told it had. After (3) long days of sitting for business training, I was looking forward to a soak.

It was a great weekend stay for business. Had a fully functional kitchen & lots of room for storage. Hot breakfast was excellent. Staff was awesome.

The checkout process...My mother fell ill, and we had to checkout early to take her home. The person at the counter looked up my reservation and told me I had to checkout with the third party I booked with. I had never heard that before. I needed to get my mom home and didn't have time to argue. I left without being checked out properly or being provided a receipt for my charges. I called when I got home to straighten things out. I spoke with Alissa on the phone, and she took the time to look at my reservation to see that I paid for my stay at the hotel, not through a third party. Alissa adjusted my reservation for a one night stay and emailed me a receipt. I should not have had to make a phone call if the person at the counter took the time to look at my reservation and see that I paid at the hotel like Alissa did.

The kitchen was convenient. The room was spacious and it was nice that the stairs were easily available for those who don't like waiting for the elevator.

The sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The nice staff at the front desk gave us a bed pad but that did not help much.

The two bedroom suite was very nice for your family so we could be together. The gym was good. The breakfast and front desk staff was very helpful.

I was unaware our 2 suite room had only one bathroom. We have stayed at multiple 2 suite rooms in other hotels and all had 2 bathrooms. Uncomfortable with 4 people.

The fold out sofa was odd and not very comfortable. Everything else was great.

Carlee was amazing at check-in and with every inquiry we had. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with plenty of protein options.
