Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IsraelBathroom needed a few minor repairs. For some reason, the oatmeal was little more than water a couple of times.
Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. Room was cleaned very well on an every other day schedule that I had requested. Location was great, close to shopping and my family. Place was very quiet.

IsraelI had lots of ants in my room! they were coming from inside the closet into the bathroom, desk and kitchen. they even got to my clothes. that was awful and the stuff couldn't help when I reached to them, beside giving me 70% alcohol.

The hotel looks great from the outside, great location. However once you enter and start walking to your room it feels like you are in an apartment complex. The hallway smells, there is definitely no great vent circulation. The AC was not working, called the front desk however no one available and no other rooms available. When you took a shower the water smell, 100 percent they do not have a water filtration.

United StatesStayed in the Bay Area to get a rest from the commute back and forth to Sacramento. Check in was super easy and the lovely lady who checked me in was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. Room was nice, (bed could be slightly more comfortable) dishes were already in the kitchenette area so no need to call for anything. I will probably be back for another stay when I decide to take a break from the commute.

GermanyBreakfast was terrible. Noisy street, was woken up at 2 am by noise outside our window. People banging on our windows. They ran out of basic breakfast items an hour before it finished. When I asked the staff member for more she began to argue with me that they ran out. She then began to shout at me and ran off to the manager. I've never in my life ever been spoken to so rudely at any hotel EVER. This hotel is an absolute joke with poor customer service. Will never stay here again.
