How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

we were happy with everything. Newly renovated. Met our expectations.
Being recently renovated were very impressed. I mentioned to reception how much we liked our room. Tea/coffee making facilities great. Would recommend. Close access to East Glacier. Fantastic.

A little far from restaurants etc in Columbia Falls.
Lovely staff and a nice tidy room. Quick 20 minute drive into Glacier.

They were fixing the interior stairs while we were there so it was challenging to access the lobby area, but we were visiting midweek in the offseason so I get it.
Simple, good quality in central location.

This owner/operator place is recently renovated, very clean and well managed. GNP is a short and lovely drive away. Couldn’t be happier. Will definitely return.

There was nothing I didn't like.
The hotel was amazing. They thought of things I have never seen in a motel. Like white noise machine and earplugs. The walk in shower was awesome!! The beds were so comfortable I didn't want to leave the room. The lady who checked us in was so nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean, modern design and decor. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, have a fridge. Nice, spacious shower. Comfortable, big beds. Great coffee service 24/7 and microwave available. Nice staff, non intrusive. Quiet hotel.

The bed was pretty hard. If you are sensitive to sound, some of the units are facing the highway so be aware of the noise from the cars. I think the rates during the high season are way too high for what you get. I was there during the off season so it was reasonable.
The room was clean and modern. The front desk agents were very nice and helpful.

I just love the rooms and you can check in at 3. The place is totally my style with the barn door to the bathroom and the slow close toilet lids.

Lighting and signage could be better. Was kind of difficult to see when passing by, missed the turn off the first time by. No breakfast offered at the establishment but did have a microwave and coffee in the lobby area.
Neat concept of a hotel. Gives a Scandinavian feel. The room was up to date and the furnishings were in great condition. Late check in was a breeze. Rooms were quiet and all interior entries. The shower was huge and the ac/heater worked great. Close proximity to the west gate of Glacier National Park.

The modern finish of the room was amazing. The location is perfect for someone looking to explore the glacier national park and whitefish town. The coffee and tea facilities are lovely too.

Hard to find something but a suggestion would be to have a couple hooks in the bathroom near the sink to hang hand drying towels.
The decor is perfect and having the tea/coffee station 24/7 was fantastic! I really appreciated the kindness of the hotel staff and management! The welcome gifts and sound machine were lovely touches, too!

Really nice room, modern, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. The sound machine and ear plugs were a nice touch! (even though it was quiet) nice to have good brewed coffee available.

Can be a bit noisy from traffic, especially in the units facing the highway.
Great location near Glacier National Park west entrance. The property appears to have undergone some remodeling and looks like new. Very clean, staff were very nice.

I loved it here. Would move in if I could. I had to make a change to the reservation and the front desk helped me quickly. Very friendly, great location, and so clean. Thoughtful touches also.

Just need decaf coffee at hot beverage counter
Tremendous value with beautifully decorated, spacious, comfy and very clean room. The bathroom was large with nice shower. Staff is so welcoming. Just a short drive from downtown bars and restaurants.
