I liked the staff, the location and the breakfast, the hotel lobby was nice too.

First of all, the refrigerator wasn't working and made my food go bad. It was replaced the next day, but then to find out that the Microwave didn't have a plate in there to heat up my food. There was no coffee maker in the room, where the online stated that there was going to be one. I went to speak to the lady at the front desk and she told me that the hotel couldn't make them give me a coffee maker, so which I had to buy one myself. Another thing, I never had a hotel where I had to sit and eat in the breakfast area instead of taking it to my room like always (which was never told to me). That day I had to eat early and had my daughter (7 years old) to eat inside as well. Then I realized that they had roaches in the rooms.

I enjoyed the staff. They were very nice and pleasant to talk to.

Rooms desperately need to be renovated with new ceiling tiles after fixing the leak causing the water stains, new carpet and bathroom remodel. I am allergic to mold and starting sneezing, coughing and very congested after spending the night there.

Beating on the door at 9am. I thought check out was 11am? If you are an early riser you wouldn't have to deal with the door knocking and there might be more food in the breakfast room. Might even be 5 stars then.

the room was dirty. the floors were gross! I know it was a pet room which is why I would suggest removing the carpet! the floor was sticky and damp. after I took. a shower I stood on a towel and my feet were dirty and the towel when I picked it up was black. the room was dirty and needed a good sweeping and dusting. dead bugs and spiders in corners and the heating/cooling unit.

I book a room yesterday afternooon and they tell me that they did not see that I paid for the room so I told them. I said I booked the room to a website so they said they would like call them and see what's going on. So I call the people that people say that they don't understand why they don't see that I paid so they was going to call Days inn . They called They call me back talking about. Oh I have to wait 24 hours. So I waited next day. Mine now I didn't stay here. I didn't stay to the room. I will tell you next day now. On the end it's completed talking about. Oh I didn't have my money for the deposit. Hasn't got anything, didn't let me stay. They are liars because, on the camera. They can see that I had my $100, but now they won't give me back my money i book on line . , even though booking, your booking place would not refuse.Giving my money back because they lied.So I have to take a 👮report out and call my bank
