The rooms were terrible I looked at several before I decided to book one and they all were in bad shape for the price . The bed had nothing but sheets no comforter , the ac Unit had us burning up , the bathroom the tissue holder fell completely out the wall , the headboards of the beds were falling off the wall and the carpet smelled . Not to mention no fridge or microwave was in the room .

The "rundown" room condition, trash by the stairwell. Security guards bothering us for minor issues such as conversing outside our room, in conversational tone, and not late into the evening. I do appreciate their vigilance because of the other "questionable" patrons staying there.

Our door jammed everything time it was open or shut. We didn't have a fridge in our room. There were stains all over our sheets. And there was no top blanket or sheet. There was one pilllow for 4 people. We had no towels in our room and when we went and asked for some towels and pillows. We were given 2 towels that were stained and torn for 4 people, there wasnt any pillows. Breakfast was meant to be included. Breakfast started at 6.30, We got to the breakfast room at 6.45 and there was 3 muffins 2 pieces of bread, no butter, no milk and no cereal and no juice. When we asked for some more items to be put out. The man said that's it and just walked away. It was disgusting all around.

Everything. I had a really bad experience while staying here. First, they give me the key for room which smelled so so bad, the beds were so dirty and the ac wasn’t working. Then I asked for an exchange for another room, the second room was even worse than the previous one. The room was full of cockroaches and bugs, the smell was horrible and the AC didn’t work so well, I returned the key to the front desk immediately and didn’t get any refunds of the bad experiences I had.

We did no stay at this motel. The woman said they'd cancel, which they did. And yet still took our money. They have still not returned our money. We have contacted Booking and we have not heard back yet. A true horror story. We should have read the reviews. It was so bad we rad out. Blood stains on the bed, broken bed frame, broken air conditioner. Drug dealers walking around. Dirty pool. The room smelled of opium. I could go on. Google reviews of this hotel. It's that bad. And we wont quite until they return our money.

Had to switch one of rooms since it smelt moldy or wet sweaty gym sock, ac was running and felt like outside and wasn’t clean. Rooms were dated, unclean and generally musty. Rooms supposed to be non-smoking but had smoke smell. Breakfast was non-existent. No spoons, no care in how food was laid out, juice machines dispensed water only. This has a Days Inn attached to it as well, so all the above applies to it as well.

The shower curtain had mold on it, dead roach bugs in the refrigerator, multiple substances were dried on the wall ( no clue what it was but liquid at one point) the swimming pool had no water in it and it even advertised pool and hot breakfast neither was available. I liked nothing I'm sorry but being in the hotel industry myself really sad.

No garbage can in the room, handicap handrail sitting on the vanity, not yet installed. Smoke alarm in a nearby room going off all night. Shower curtain was too short and water was spraying all over the bathroom floor, making it slippery.

Convenient to our route, close to shops and restaurants.

When I arrived the super friendly receptionist assigned me the room when I arrived the air was broken there was no light they gave me another room with no refrigerator no air conditioning or towels and they didn't want to give me back the money because I had to leave there they offered me another room but they were evicting someone from there so I left without them wanting to return my money for the three nights

I had to change my room because the TV didn't work, the second one was a little better but the shower faucet was broken, the toilet had a water leak, the hair dryer didn't work, a baseboard was broken on the floor, The sink faucet was loose, there were no extra bedspreads and only 2 towels.
