I didn’t like that when I booked there was no info on room location so when I got there I was told I had to go on the second floor. I am handicapped and the only way I could get ground level cost me an extra $200 no matter what. The place was far from full and easily could have accommodated me. I had to go buy a memory foam for the bed. It was maybe 6 inches thick mattress on a wood slab which killed my back. The tub was so dirty I could not bring myself to use it. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from other rooms and the hallways. The heater makes popping noises every 5 seconds so it was very difficult to rest and sleep. The pillows were so thin I ended up using towels as pillows.

The room was an an adjoining room. The door must have been a single solid wood door. The people in the room next door could have easily been setting in the chair in our room. The stayed up all night talking. They were talking in what seemed normal volume and I could have repeated it word for word. No sleep that night.

We took the wheel chair accessible room..not cleaned properly. The worst part was the bathroom, clogged bath tub . Terrible experience in that room, we had booked two nights but had to cancel the second night. I'm never going back to that TL

The parking was scarce. We got the last spot and the guests who came after us did not get parking. Breakfast options were limited but that is to be expected.

Really friendly staff, the accommodation was on the main highway but that wasn't a problem. The hotel is a bit dated but well maintained.

Room had an odour to it , Room had little bugs crawling all over , the TV did not work , the phone (to call front desk) did not work , not enough lighting making the room dark , the AC would not turn on so yeah wasn’t a comfortable stay for the amount of money paid to stay

We had seen the bad reviews and thought “it can’t really be that bad”. Please read: IT DEFINITELY WAS THAT BAD. We walked into our room (131) and immediately were hit by the overwhelming smell of urine. Someone must have emptied their ENTIRE bladder onto the carpet sometime recently. One of the three of us was literally gagging and crying about the smell. The lock on the door was also missing (not the deadbolt but the one higher up that reinforces the lower lock). It was MISSING! That’s alarming as we were three young women and the room is on the ground floor. Window screen was broken and didn’t fit into the window (it was bent and looked like someone had hit it), water in the bathtub physically could not turn all the way off so ran the entire time. The kicker? OUR ROOM WAS $210 usd!! That is the quality of room I would have expected for $15 a night. It was absolutely disgusting 🤢 In fairness, we were able to move to another room that it seemed no one had peed all over, but we tried to touch as little as we possibly could in the new room after what we saw in that first room. Even in the new room there were fingerprints all over the tv, hairs in the drains and the shower head looked like it had been through a war. DO NOT STAY HERE if you have any other option

Carpet is disgusting, old old worn linoleum that your feet stick to, whatever repairs made were so poor- bathroom door hollow and feels more like card board, etc. Furniture old worn, drawers dirty. Maid staff just emptied trash and put in towels/ no cleaning. Tub was nasty. Everything was just worn, old, unloved and Uncared for. Every detail even the binder which is supposed to tell us of attractions and aspects of the property was torn and broken and the part in my hands. If this is what they think of their marketing material they surely don’t care about the comfort and safety and cleanliness. Room rate was supposed to be 174, but one up as high as $204. Booking.com could’ve made this more clear as well, the nightly rates broken down. A nasty experience, I couldn’t wait to shower when I got home

The room was clean and was equipped with the necessities. The outdoors and lobby were attractive. The courtyard was nicely landscaped and lent a cheerful, welcoming feel.

The room was beyond awful. Smelt of smokers and musty. Furniture was old stained broken and filthy dirty. The general cleanliness was the worst we have seen and we have seen some poor rooms through time. There was a gap to the side of the air conditioning unit that you could see direct to the outside curtains were rank, lampshades stained and spiders webs. the bath was also filthy. The poor staff on duty had to deal with a lineup of unhappy customers.

Toilet didn’t flush. No elevator for seniors. Across the street from our room, people were partying, drinking, swearing and then a fight broke up till 3:30 in the morning. Not impressed.
