The floor was not swept bathtub dirty used soap still on side of tub this was first nite and on second day I gave the housekeeper a chance maybe it will be clean got back from town just pickup towels beds not made or floors swept or tub clean we rented somewhere else cleaner than there

If I had anything not to like just the rooms being right next to each other but other than that again they were a great staff and a manager is a very friendly reasonable man and is very nice to his guess thank customers thank you Travelodge of Ruidoso I will be back and soon because I am moving and trying to find a new apartment and the overall experience I had and the cooperation of the manager I am going to see if I can get a room for a week or two at a good reasonable price like Travelodge always offers thank you again David C.

Not really anything had to wipe down everything myself and clean floor myself.

The room wasn't clean and didn't clean the room on the first stay and next door people was too loud people were drinking and making noise didn't sleep good

a light bulb blew up an I was cut an a piece of glass was lodged in my ear an the chemicals had made me black out my boyfriend tried to talk to the front an the said for us not to tell my parents cause it was making a big deal . we then had gotten kicked out while trying to extend the stay . they also blocked our phone numbers .

Our room was next door to very noisy people. They were loud and banging on doors. Breakfast was not provided. Coffee brewed cold and management stated that it was because the pipes make the water really cold. They were out of everything except old cinnamon rolls. This used to be a descent place to stay. Never again!!!

Very disruptive guest. Drunks fighting in parking lot at 4:30 pm. Ended up staying at a different hotel. Did not feel safe at all. Very dirty room.

The hotel room was very clean & the beds were very comfortable. The location if it doesn't bother you is behind a restaurant and their trash bins are right in front of the hotel not an appealing site but you don't sleep outside so in the room was nice. We really liked the laminate wood-looking floors and that they accommodated our dog with no problem. I would have given an excellent score (10) but the bathroom door did not close, even if you pushed it shut it would not stay closed and the shower was very weak but the bathtub was very clean. It's on the outskirts of town but we chose the location because it was really close to the casino we like and actually we walked to the steak house that was in front of the hotel and it was really delicious! Overall great hotel for the budget-minded!

There were people loitering around the rooms as soon as I got my key. There was a random person not staying at the hotel on a skateboard right outside my room. The furniture was broken and had missing drawers, the floors were not swept or mopped. The remote did not work for the TV, and there were no handles or shelving inside the shower. The bed was not comfortable, and was noisy with every move.

The check out process was quick.
