Update rooms

Paint was peeling in every wall, floor tile was broken/cracked in bathroom and kitchen. Baseboards were very dirty, undersink cabinets were Moldy and holes in bottom. The shower looked very disappointed, I didn't want to use it. This was my second time staying here in the past two years. Both times I get the same result. All the rooms need to be updated. Kitchen counter top was held together by Caulk.

The room clean except there was a couple of spots on the wall that looked like it could've been cleaned off. The room was old and needs an upgrade. the t.v. cable wouldn't work in fact the cable wire wouldn't even reach to plug it in. Had to clean the outside of my window to get a good view of the ocean. Some of the trim boards were missing to show the raw edges of the tile. The walls were thin. There was a bar across the street that you could hear until the bar closed. Got a double bed room and one of the beds was broke and couldn't sleep on it so we had to share 1 double bed.

The view from the room was excellent. The location was o.k. The staff was friendly. Liked free parking with the room. There were no bugs.

The people next to us and all the loud music coming from their room at all hours. The bathroom was two small and we were there almost 4 days and they only gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper. I had to go to Walmart and buy toilet paper myself for the hotel room. And they never brought us cleaned towels. They said you had to use the towels for 3 days. And the sofa sleeper was like you had a metal bar going through your back. It was the most uncomfortable thing ever whether you were just sitting on it or laying on it.

Mold in bathroom around inside bathroom tub wall and floor We were charged $40.00 for parking extra and was told by night management it had to be in cash and car had to be moved by 6 am or it would be towed even tho check was at 11 am definitely think that was a scam , when we checked in that morning we were never told that by day management. So we checked out at 530 am that morning to avoid the risk of having our vehicle towed

The only thing clean in the room thankfully was the bedding. Other than that nothing was cleaned or wiped down. And there was mold all over the bathroom.

Very dirty , bathroom is tiny , elevator is super slow ( recommend the stairs ) , pool is cloudy, and over all I wouldn’t ever stay here again !

The location was great. The staff wasn’t friendly. The bathrooms are way too small, you literally have to have 1 leg in the tub and 1 on the floor to use the toilet. The stairwells stunk of urine and the steps was covered with sand causing a slipping hazard.

Room was not clean hairs in the shower no coffee pot no trash can in the kitchen.

Have stayed here several times in the past by this time Didnt get offered breakfast. Was charged a 50 dollar deposit on top of my room charge no one told us about. Still waiting to get am email confirming that refund.

1. Dirty floor not cleaned before we came, made our feet black and so sandy 2. Toilet up against toilet at a off angle Making it hard to use 3. Broken shelves in closet 4. Sinks won’t drain 5. Elevator small & slow and looks scary and broken, I was worried we would get stuck in it 6. Never checked out pool because of cleanliness concerns from room 7. No table or any attempt at something that could concert or pull out for a table 8. Overall just rundown and dirty

The door frame to my room was loose in the wall the bathroom was super small had to basically sit sideways to use the toilet or your knees was crammed into the side of the tub part of the roof that covered the fire sprinkler on the roof was hanging down not super clean every where you looked in the room it looked like a bad landlord special it looked like they think paint will fix anything no cook wear for the small kitchen staff didn’t seem super friendly
