We would very much recommend replacing the double bed with a queen size bed which would fit in the available bedroom.

The unit was in a good location for visiting local friends and touring the Fort Lauderdale area. The kitchenette was basic but very acceptable for what we needed. Resident owner was very friendly and helpful with our requests. Appreciated access to laundry facilities during our stay.

Gorgeous place full of charm and tranquility jn a quiet area. You really feel in peace there although you are just a short drive away off the busy area. Supermarket literally 2 mn walk away. Breakfast places and take out nearby. The full is fully A/C and also boasts a beautiful tropical garden. Comfy bed and kitchen full equipped. Private car park. I really felt at home.

The appartment has its own parking and access to the garden, which was very nice. Bed has been comfortable and the appartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Supermarkets are close and although being near the main boulevard it was a really nice and calm place.

There's only one parking spot. My girlfriend was originally told "There's only one spot" as in, she's just out of luck. Eventually the owner said "I guess she can park across the street" and we wake up to find a huge "NO PARKING" sign duct taped to her window. So if you're meeting someone or have more than one car it's hugely inconvenient

Barking dog didn't really bother me. I was prepared, having read previous reviews. Kitchen appliances outdated and not as clean as they should be. Biggest concern was total lack of privacy. Could hear neighbors on both sides. I would've had to whisper, if I had someone with me.

This place is a full one bedroom apt in a very casual neighborhood and with a semi private yard that is very relaxing with a fountain and beautiful landscape. It's like a surprise oasis hidden in the city. It's close to everything and only about 5 minutes from I-95. The beach is literally about 4 miles away! VERY quiet neighborhood!

property had a beautiful backyard which we couldn’t use because there was a unleashed dog. Messaged the owner stated dog was ok. Place also had a washer and dryer which had any tenants dirty clothes. Told the owner was told to remove myself. Was a little disappointed that we paid to stay and couldn’t use the backyard nor washer and dryer. If I wanted to share common areas I would have stayed at a hotel not paid extra for a house

The only thing that I didn’t like in my opinion was that the bedroom full sized bed should be a queen sized one instead. No Other Complaints!

I loved the theme inside and outside, the buddha statue with the beads caught our eye, the toiletries, cleaning supplies and the utilities provided were nicely supplied. Overall the property itself was homey and a wonderful stay all together.
