The air-conditioner was not the best. The location of the air-conditioner is not the best. We couldn't enjoy sitting outside on the balcony due to the air-conditioner running loud. Also, the sofa couch looked like it had better days. It had to be from the 1980's. Also, people we're constantly smoking Marijuana and the elevators, lobby and the floors were smelling like it. I hate smelling Marijuana so that was aggravating. The hote needsl to be modernized with air-conditioning in the building, especially in the hallways.

It's a bit dated, but very clean. The indoor pool wasn't great, but the outside pool was crystal clear and kept nice despite the cooler temperatures.

The staff was very nice. The location and beach access was excellent.

Tamikra at the front desk was super sweet and so helpful. She made our stay even better and we looked forward to talking with her every time we saw her. Big room with kitchenette and good view from balcony.

Our room was located next to a suite that had a party going on until 3-4 in the morning. We went down to the front desk around midnight to ask to be moved, but they didn't have any rooms left to move us to.

The location is wonderful! The staff are overall very friendly and helpful.

It says no smoking but hallways smelled of marijuana!. And apparently they allow this! I have no problem with medicinal purposes but this was more than that!

Location for us was too far up the beach. We wanted to hire chairs to sit on the beach but the rental company didn't come up as far as this hotel, you had to call them, and they never answered. ( I dont think they were keen to come all the way up) We wanted to eat in Ocean Deck cafe and it was a 2 mile walk, nothing really around that area in walking distance, but if you like a quieter part of the beach then this is perfect for you. We like to be a bit more amongst it with regards to chairs/restaurants/ people. Also further down the beach there are less building works.

Beautiful views of Daytona Beach. Clean room, clean pool area, lots of parking. Breakfast wasn't included so I cannot comment on that. Friendly staff.

One out of two elevators was broken the entire week. Never enough pool towels! Propertydoesn't provide BEACH towels so glad we packed our own but we used them at pool too. First room, the TV didn't work, so we had to move to a diff room.

Large one bedroom suite was great for 3 of us! Elderly mom in the separate bedroom in queen and my twin & I shared the king size bed in main area where the full kitchen, table and chairs are. The ocean front location is great!
