The mandatory valet parking for $34/night just to walk 10 feet to my car. Also, the pancake maker was slow and the breakfast biscuits were still frozen in the middle. Staff was slow when restocking breakfast items.

The property location was convenient to the even we attended at the convention center. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfortable. Newer hotel so the rooms are updated and the free breakfast was a plus.

When the ac turns off, it makes loud banging sounds. Breakfast should extend til 11 am. It ends too early for someone who is used to working the 3rd shift.

I stayed here 7 weeks earlier and didn't like the breakfast. This time I knew what to eat and what to avoid and I liked it better. There was a "folded" prepared breakfast omelet with vegetables this time which was much better than the powdered (?) scrambled eggs from my first visit. The "apple-chicken" sausage is a loser so will avoid that in future.

It was clean, comfortable, nice linens, plenty of towels, bright clean bathroom, lots of hot water, coffee available downstairs all the time.

The location was great for what we needed. Our daughter had a cheer competition at the convention center across the street from the hotel. So, we were able to walk across without having to drive to the other side and find parking.

I didn't like the parking arrangement. This facility only has valet parking. A self parking option would have worked better for me.

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The hotel was also conveniently located to the venue we were visiting.

Really easy access to/from the domestic terminal at ATL via the plane train. Perfect for a. Overnight layover.

The valet parking was a nightmare. We were unable to get our car out of valet the entire weekend because the hotel was unstaffed for the event we were attending. We had to pay to Uber around town which would’ve been fine if we’re weren’t also paying for valet parking.

The free breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was amazing and the rooms were so clean!

The room could have been much better. The bed was of poor quality, and the room was dirty. There were previous guests hairs though out the bathroom. The floor was extremely dirty - my white socks were brown after walking on the rooms floor.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple times when I have an early morning flight. The proximity to the SkyTrain (5 minute walk) makes it a very good option. There are other hotels closer to the SkyTrain, but they are usually more expensive. IMO this hotel is just as good.

Location, clean bedroom and shower, breakfast great, awesome gym facility, comfortable reception area and great breakfast. I wish I knew this hotel on my first day of arrival to Atlanta, I was going to spend all my 6 nights there.
