Beds seemed more like full size than queen which made resting a little more difficult for two people. Pillows were small and only 3 to a bed which meant either myself or my partner would only have one which was not very comfortable. Did ask for additional pillow, but unfortunately there were not any available.

Good location that was close to all the attractions we had planned to visit. Continental breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Staff was very professional and courteous. Want to give special kudos to staff members Miracle and Armani for being extremely helpful and exceeding expectations of professionalism. These two are definitely 5-star employees!! Also want to give kudos to the night clerk who unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was dealing with a very irate individual who was cussing her and being very derogative. This lady never lost her composure, and remained professional until the individual left. She then proceeded to greet me with a smile and asked how she could assist me. On a scale of 1-10, she was definitely a 20 in that moment! Another 5-star employee!!

There was nothing I didn’t like, necessarily — but the $10 a night parking was a bit steep. No real complaints though.

Better selection of cereal for smaller kids. Boiled eggs could be still warm instead of rock hard and cold.

The property was clean. It was perfect for a family with kids (a pool and games in lobby). The hotel made us feel safe with the key card access to every door.

The breakfast was picked over. Not much left with 30 minutes to go in the hours open. The person who was running it was stressed! No regular coffee left.

The lady in charge during breakfast time, was too much in the way, almost like a watchman while we were serving our food., no smile, no good morning, terrible. Adults don't need to feel like we are in a elementary school cafetería. Not a pleasant experience! It took away all my desire to eat the food. Just fix that, and the hotel is great!

Overall the facilities, I had actually booked a room next to this building and I was horrified, I had to book to this hotel to get away from the room I was given from the other facility. I was very pleased and happy with my decision even though I did not get a refund from the first hotel I had booked. Thank you to the staff and management for the clean facilities and comfort.

Very upset about the lady she was very rude. She yelled at several kids who were actually well behaved just waiting in line for pancakes. She yelled at a teenage boy for taking pancakes, which were not big at all. Location was not as good as it said they did say there was food walkable distance I did not find any.

Most of the staff was nice facilities are very nice. Pool was nice. It was a pleasant surprise to find outdoor seating. They actually have a little fire pit.

Neighbors were loud with kids, could hear them yell and walk, my room was across from a maids or janitorial closet, heard the door open and shut all morning.

That it is new and modern, the fire pit was great. Whoever found my keys in the lobby, thank you!!! Also enjoyed the coffee and tea bar in the lobby.

Breakfast was very good. Coffee also very good. We were able to get a ground floor handicapped room for my wife. It made a big difference. THANKS! Hoping to see you for our next trip to Atlanta. Many thanks to all your friendly staff.
