The airplanes taking off from the airport went right by the hotel very noisy.

Need more waffle machines. The lines were too long. The pancake machine wasn't working.

Brand new hotel which reflects all the greatest comfort and facilities: very comfortable bed, silent, bathroom very clean, Gym is great and breakfast included in the room rate with lots of varieties. free transfer for the AMERICAS Mall and Airport also a plus.

Mike was great help and a wonderful person. We checked in late - almost close to midnight; - because of a late flight into MSP. Mike provided us some fruits and cookies for the night - very gracious of him.

Room was very small. The king bed took up alot of the space.

Upon checkout, the next day at about 11:45 a.m., I informed the hotel clerk on duty that I am checking out now, but will return to get the remainder of my luggage. (5 minutes or less on walking to parking lot) I was then told via the clerk at about 5 minutes before physically checking out that actual checkout time was 11:00 am. I informed that I was informed via reservation checkout at 12 noon. She was not very personable nor helpful at checkout. In review of my reservation, it did state checkout was 12 noon. Moreover, the manager came to explain to me that she was simply doing her job. I didn't ask for a manager as nothing was happening. Checkout that morning was not a good experience with the morning clerk.

The ease of check-in the night of my stay. The hotel clerk was very personable and professional. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and always accommodating. The shuttle to the Mall of America was extremely helpful and their drivers were very kind. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes. The facilities were clean. We also enjoyed the pool and some of the additional board games they made available.

I cannot find it.

There was a washing machine and a drying machine for free. I used it every day to clean up my dirty clothes. The breakfast was also great and clean.

As a familly of 3 we were not cramped but to be honest I wish the room was atleast big enough (in a double queen room)for a recliner..

We stayed 3 nights and for the 2 breakfasts there weren't waffles, because the waffle makers broke. Also the 1st day we had omelets and croissant sandwiches. But on the next 2 days there were very few sandwiches and we had to wait 30 min to have some after asking, and no any omelets.

The room is big, clean, has a big window, clean bathroom and towels. There is a shuttle to the MOA - very convenient!!

The pool must have some super potent chlorine and chemicals because my daughter's hair was wrecked after going to the pool, both times she went. We did multiple shampoos and conditioning sessions and you can still feel the chemicals in her hair. She's never had this problem before in any pool. Also, the walls are paper thin. You can hear every pin drop through the walls and doors.

The hotel and rooms were super clean, there is a game center with a pool table, giant Connect 4 and board games in the common waiting area. It's across the street from the Mall of America and the hotel has a shuttle to take you to and from. We didn't use our car once this trip, so that was nice.

The breakfast was not that great. A lot of carb options, I would of like to just sausage and bacon. Maybe eggs, scrambled. Some of us cannot have all those carbs. Also, the kids next door were super loud.

That the Whirlyball Restaurant attached closed before the Superbowl ended on that Sunday! A lot of local places closed early because it was a Sunday! I would have thought due to the Superbowl they would have made an exception, but that was not the case.

Great to have the shuttle to the Mall of America! It was perfect and quick response to go and return each day! Great restaurant recommendations!
