We stayed at 2 Tru Hilton's on our recent trip. We really liked how clean the facility was and how friendly the staff was at both locations. We will definitely be looking to stay at the Tru Hilton properties in the future.

The rooms are very clean and I appreciate the laminate flooring. They are set up with everything you would need during a short stay. I did not find the beds comfortable at all. They were really soft and lumpy. I could not get comfortable. The pillows are very heavy. So if you're someone who likes to toss and turn the combination of being on a bed that was almost as soft as a waterbed and shifted and having a pillow that was too heavy to comfortably move around is not ideal. We had multiple rooms and other members of my party said their beds were too firm. So I don't think they have a consistent guest experience going on

From the moment we stepped in the staff was warm friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. I interacted with front desk staff on several different shifts and each person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond for us. Housekeeping was excellent, the room was nice and clean. I had a couple of special requests that were handled promptly and cheerfully. The staff really is the highlight of this hotel! The lobby is large with plenty of tables chairs and comfortable seating so if you have a large group of multiple rooms it's a great place to meet up and hang out and socialize.

The room did not have a closed in closet space. Other than that, everything was good!

The facility was conveniently located, clean, and the staff were friendly! Being that i was traveling alone, i also felt very safe during my stay here. The price wasn't bad at all, and the fruit provided in the lobby was a great touch!

As a regular visitor since Tru Greensboro opened, I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the location. The halls needed vacuuming, elevators were dirty and I had a used towel in my room when I checked in. I stayed here through Covid restrictions and have never been disappointed until this stay.

I stay at Tru Greensboro on a regular basis. I am always impressed by the friendliness of the staff

Didn't have time for breakfast, but I found the facility exceptionally clean, modern, & convenient. I would recommend the TRUHotel again.

I did not like that I could hear the guests in the room next door so well. Made privacy a myth. Breakfast was fine, but could have used some bacon.

The floors seemed damp from humidity in the halls and elevators. But the staff were helpful and kept everything clean.

There wasn’t any body wash, but that was due to their supply truck not arriving. The woman at the front desk got us bar soap to fix this situation. I just wish that the bar soap had already been left in the room, but that is being very picky. Lovely stay over all!

This was a great location and the lobby area was very inviting and the staff was wonderful and welcoming. The breakfast area was extremely clean.

No way to heat up food in the rooms. Beds are on a wood platform that sticks out so you bang your knees and shins, legs, getting in and out of bed.

Wood floors and no carpets felt a lot more sanitary.

The receptionist on night shift was very helpful & courteous, she got me checked in without any problems. Thanks to her I felt safe & my room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast & coffee was great
