We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe lighting was horrible, was only well lit in the restroom and door area; The bed was not really comfortable; Missing Hand Soap... provided small bars of Hand Soap. I asked the Staff and was told that they have been "out" of Hand Wash for a couple of months now; Some towels were thin and not the cleanest...definitely need to be replaced. TV Remote had to be replaced; Some Guests were VERY loud after hours; unpleasant aroma in the hallway. I was really expecting more from this being a "Newer" Facility. I'm hoping that this location gets better especially with the "Hilton" Brand attached to it.
Location, very convenient to the Interstate and the Lake.

I wish there were a coffeemaker and a blanket in the room. I don’t like that you have to go down to the lobby to get a cup of coffee the first thing in the morning. Also the comforters are heavy and cumbersome. We prefer blankets, which are more light weight. The containers for soap, lotion and shampoo are hard to squeeze for older folks, like us, with arthritis in our hands and wrists. Very difficult to use. Disappointed we would NOT get points for staying in this hotel. Loved the lobby and the idea of extra plug ins for devices, although many didn’t work.

United StatesOn website it stated that all employees were required to wear masks indoors and customers are asked to wear masks! NOONE EXCEPT ME (immune compromised disabled Vietnam veteran ) AND MY WIFE HAD ON MASKS! So YOU LIED ON YOUR WEBSITE ABOUT THIS HOTEL! This LIE is the reason I booked a room at this hotel! I will tell everyone I know about this LIE and will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Booking.com! Will NEVER stay at a Tru by Hilton (should be “LIE BY HILTON “) again! Hopefully neither my wife or I will catch COVID-19 from this stay!

United StatesThe only negative was I wish it had a bathtub in the room vs just a shower but not a deal breaker at all.
The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone that we encountered was extraordinary. We went during a difficult time for our family and it was such a blessing to be welcomed back each night by the staff. The hotel is clean, modern, but very comfortable! Definitely will be back!
