its a Hilton, with great location - walking distance to bars and restaurants, and 30 min walking in green patches to Vizcaya. Pool view is great especially at night

The breakfast was very poor and basic one. And as well they didn’t clean the rooms every day or even do towels change or garbage pick up.

The hotel is nice, new one and clean. Great location and nice personnel

Room was rather small and sparse. It would be helpful to have information on the different restaurants within walking distance readily available.

Breakfast was standard hotel food. The location was good, safe and we were able to walk to dinner and had several choices.

We did not get a room cleaning we slept on a dirty beddings. We left in the morning came back in the evening our room was not cleaned. The front desk staff we told says due to COVID 19 that Hilton Hotel stop room cleaning. We were not happy because all Hotels in America gives room cleaning. The staffs we met on our first day should have given more information to guests.

I have no complaints.

I loved how clean and colorful the entryway is. It was very welcoming. The staff was delightful and was able to answer any questions I had. I would come back here every time.

I am happy that breakfast was included but I wish there would have been for food options. Also, I enjoyed access to valet parking; however, I think it would help if there is at least two staff on valet. Other than that, we’ve enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

I enjoyed the pleasent staff and the hotel location. Everything was close.

All was remarkable.

One of the best hotels (if not the best) we have stayed so far. Hotel is brand new, with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room (and hotel in general) was very clean, quiet an nicely located. Breakfast was also very nice (fruit, cereal, several types of bread, sausage, eggs, pancakes, juices, etc), furthermore there is always coffee and tea available for the guests. A special thank you to Viery, Abel, Desiree and the entire Tru Team that made our stay to be amazing.

We love it so much. We stay before going on a cruiae and after the cruise we have a reservation in another hotel. But we liked so much in Tru by Hilton that we canceled a reservation on another hotel to come back to Tru by Hilton and definitely we'll come back again.

We like the comfortable bed and the clean that everything was. The room very good. The staff very helpful and friendly.

The internet / tv amenities weren’t working the entire time so it was kind of frustrating i couldn’t watch tv and relax while in the room

Free parking should be available or at a cheaper rate 35.00 a night is expensive considering there is no where to park

One of the valet was not very smiley though helpful.

I liked the location, the view from my room, the bed was comfortable and the wide screen TV was also quite nice. The bathroom and the room were tidy and clean as well. The staff was really nice and smiley, helpful and gave me all the information I needed for my stay. Shout out to Fivea (I'm spelling her name wrong, sorry about that), we talked about movies for a moment and I really appreciate bonding with her ! Thanks a bunch !!

The fact that I asked for towels so I can go to the pool because it wasn’t any by the entrance to the pool an she told me no she couldn’t give me any an to go down to the front desk…

I loved everything! It was Just perfect. Staff was awesome, breakfast was delicious. Somewhere where you’d take your family. Loved the gaming area for the guests and the computers that are completely free to use + printing.

-It would have been nice if there was an EU plug adaptor in the room. -It would have been better if room cleaning was more frequent -It would have been better if the shower had a handheld shower head

Garbage 🗑 wasn't changed regularly enough around pool area. Bugs we rampant.
