The elevator did not go to our room. We had to use the stairs.

This hotel is located in a great spot. It’s very close to the main street, but it’s quiet and tropical. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was convenient to start off your day by relaxing at the pool or venturing out to sightsee, shop, and have fun! The parking is right under the building. I’ll be back!

Beds were not horrible but not great. Would have liked a chair to sit on not just a desk chair. Doors & Drawers did not stay shut when clothes were put in them.

The location was great for us. Not too far from the action on Duval but far enough that you didn't hear the noise. Breakfast was weak. Lots of bread/carbs and you could not heat the croissants.

I have not a thing to complain about.

Everything was great. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was fairly large. We had a nice patio set outside our room. The pool area was inviting. The staff was always working hard to clean and keep the place tidy!

Not enough storage space for clothing, places to hang towels, etc.

It’s close to restaurants and everything in town. Coffee by the pool every morning was great.

breakfast was not good at all. Lots of bread but absolutely nothing to eat it with (except jam). No cheese, ham, tomato- nothing. When we arrived (hour before the end of breakfast time), we saw last ham-cheese pie and that was it, we missed it.

Room did smell a bit stale, but I kept door to balcony open when I could. Breakfast bar only so-so. Even with that, I would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast could use a lift, like including some eggs. We went out for breakfast every day.

Beautiful traditional Key West hotel, perfect clean, big rooms, you can walk everywhere by foot, idyllic pool, great breakfast. It made the perfect stay for us in Key West! Would definitely book again :)

There was nothing to not like!

Beautiful grounds, the staff was so friendly and the location is perfect! Short walk to Duval Street but quite enough that you’re not in the middle of the business. We will never stay anywhere else when in Key West!

The shower could be abit cleaner, the pool is small and not a lot of choise at breakfast.

The room was big and comfortable. Had a coffee machine. The location is close to everything, the pool is heated and there is available parking space (with pay)

There was not one thing I did not like.

Quaint upscale Hotel, felt like a Villa. Rooms were nice, comfortable beds, modern decor. Excellent room service. Breakfast included was good and like happy hour 5-6 with complementary wine. Staff was polite and professional. Nice pool area. I would definitely consider coming back.
