The staff was so friendly especially Belinda from the Beach service and Maria from Azurro restaurant for breakfast service. They were so sweet and always treated us so kind.

Upon checking in , there is a $270 hold on your card for any damages. You can not use cash for food service at the beach or pool. Room charge or credit/debit card. I believe we were the only black family. I was a bit uneasy at first but the staff and people very nice.

The staff was nice , its family oriented. The room is spacious, i had the bay view. Which means you view the lot and the water behind it.

Much of the complex is in need of a little bit of upgrading and "TLC".

Location excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Beach area amazing with good service to your sunbed. Good breakfast and restaurant options and overall good value. Good size rooms and ours had terrific views too.

Dated worn furniture in the lobby and in the room. Pool area and cabana bar needs renovation.

Room size was good. Great view. Bathroom soap and shampoo good quality. The coffee bar was good downstairs .We loved the salsd bar and steak dinner.

One of the jacuzzis was broken as was the waterfall for the kids. Weird smells in hallways.

On February 7, Trump Hotel added $660 to my account with the promise to return it when I left the Hotel. I left on the 12th and I had an expense of approximately 180. The employee who assisted me said that they were going to credit it immediately, that is, return my money net. Today is February 18 and I have no notification of difficulties, much less a refund of my money. Some answer?

Steam room was broken at the spa.

Room was very clean and spacious with beautiful ocean view. The beach is wide and beautiful. Excellent beach service and never a problem getting a beach chair. I loved that the beach was not crowded. Two pools and both very well maintained. I really enjoyed having the heated lap pool as I did laps every morning in that pool. Would definitely return and would highly recommend.

I was here during Thanksgiving by myself, in order to have a Thanksgiving dinner I had to pay 85.00, I only ate one plate of food. I don’t eat much and am only 142lbs at best. The refrigerator needs to be restocked and the room should have shampoo.

The room was very nice, but did not have some of the necessary items. I had to buy shampoo from the gift shop, also the refrigerator was stocked but never restocked. The views, the pool and the beach were amazing.

The hotel left a mixed impression. Despite a cozy atmosphere, the rooms and furniture didn't quite match the presented photos, displaying signs of age, and the pool area also appeared a bit outdated. Regarding the staff, we encountered both friendly individuals and some who seemed less motivated to assist. Housekeeping posed a particular challenge; our room went uncleaned for an entire day, despite our prior arrangement for daily service at 10 in the morning. On other occasions, the cleaning crew arrived post-lunch or sometimes skipped their duties entirely, necessitating reminders for room upkeep. Overall, the stay proved to be a blend of positives and drawbacks. The neighborhood was rather dull, prompting us to frequently travel to South Beach and spend money on Uber rides. It's suitable for families, offering the opportunity to play with kids in the sand on the expansive beach. However, the overall setting appeared dated, with slightly worn-out umbrellas adding to the aged atmosphere.

Fountains weren’t on, which saddened us a bit. The lower pool area seemed a bit dilapidated and forgotten. Some vending machine in the Game Center was broken and took our money but the front desk lines were so long I didn’t bother reporting. Be careful. And, I’m a small town guy so $40 a day for valet parking with no other option is annoying.

Easy valet experience, friendly staff, pleasant lobby, lovely pool and beach experience with cute little bars at each location. Plenty of beach chairs for everyone.
