I loved the service and how all the staff members seemed to be engaged, they make you a priority in every way, they understand the meaning of hospitality and being serviceable to the guest

Room was well equipped and very clean. Property is quite outstanding in the city center and we could find the way without difficulty because it was one of the tallest buildings..... our stay was exciting and satisfactory..... anyway nice hospitality and good physical conditions.

Feel like the front desk lady are racist and short staff.

Very bad check in experience I feel like she is Racist !!! We have to wait in lobby for hours. She offer all other guest champagne but not us.

The staff were amazing. Every little detail was beautiful. The views were incredible. The location is perfect, close to everything. The fitness center (pool, sauna, gym equipment) was excellent.

Service was great! When we checked in their offered options in upgrade immediately and was so happy we took it! The restaurant has the most beautiful view!! Perfect location - near shops and restaurants! Loved the suite/ had its own kitchenette, huge living room and dining room… room service was so good too!

Suite had king bed and pull out sofa bed. Sofa bed was not very comfortable for me. But the hotel accommodated us by providing us with a cot which was acceptable.

Took a red eye into Chicago and got to hotel at 7am well before checkin time. Reception was so welcoming. They gave us a room right away and even upgraded us to a suite. Room was very spacious and had an incredible view of the Chicago skyline. Suite has a full kitchen. Hotel is immaculate. Gym and pool facilities are top notch. Location doesn't get any better (right on the river and near the start for any river tours). We walked everywhere. Walgreens (for supplies) and Ghirardelli (for ice cream and hot chocolate ) right next door. Pricier than other hotels but worth the extra spend. I would 100% definitely stay at trump chicago again.

The moment I checked into the hotel, my first impression was absolutely breathtaking. The room was highly technological with attention to detail, not to mention the facilities and breathtaking view. Top 5 star, great location and short walking distance to everywhere. The famous Chicago Riverwalk, The Cloud Gate, and even less than a 30-minute walk to Navy Pier.

The restaurant on the 16th cloor looked imprrssive but the menu was limited. Not really a complaint, the menu just didnt suit us

Rooms were very spacious with a very large bed. Decor very modern with remote controlled curtains and lights. An exceptional bathroom witb choice of separate shower and bath and a tv screen within the mirror. Staff were professional and friendly and gave great advice as to what to do and where to go Location on the river was excellent with restaurants and shops and theatres only a few minutes walk away

It wasn't long enough. I wish we could have stayed longer. The parking garage was a little awkward for parking my truck.

Location compared to all area restaurants and live music was perfect. The bar and restaurant were very accommodating to us as well. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay.

The microwave completely stopped working at 5 in the morning but was replaced immediately. Thank you to the building engineer for that. Outstanding. Pillows are way too deflated. Have to double up.
