We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaDisappointed that the bar area wasn't open on Mondays. It had a fireplace and quiet area that we would have liked to enjoyed in the evening after a busy day.
All parts of the hotel were very tastefully appointed. All the extras (toiletries, coffee, etc.) were high end. Very friendly staff. Lots of parking and amenities (shopping, restaurants) close by.

United StatesBeautiful resort, family friendly and comfortable. I really liked how close the resort was to everything. The outlet mall is right around the corner and so are restaurants. They provide a shuttle to the local business and have valet available at all hours. The pool was very nice with a hot tub and I really liked how they had an adult hour at the pool. The room was very nice and I loved the view of nature (9th floor), big bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. By far one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at.

We went to see the Spinners and they were so good. Then we danced to the live music in the lounge. So much fun! Our room was clean with beautiful native art decor and loved all the shower heads!

United StatesI didn’t like that the pool closed so early the casino was open all night but the pool and hot tub weren’t which was a bummer to me but no big deal!
I loved everything about the property it was a luxury hotel with a casino attached to it! I was so happy about everything the pool was great the games were fun the food around the casino area and Walmart and the outlets were so close by the casino it was perfect.

United StatesThe slot machines were all new and looked all the same kind and I miss the old ones they used to have that were fun to play. Too many of those stupid dragon slots. Put some more interactive slots in. There was not a 5 $ blackjack table
Room was fantastic , comfy bed, delicious food, nice and quiet, the staff was great, a beautiful building with nice decor and the loved the hot tub and pool. The Native art was beautiful, parking was great and shopping was fantastic. Best in room dining service we've ever had. A robe was nice to wear and very clean room Lost and found were nice too when I misplaced something
