You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I had asked for directions to an event that occurs the first Friday of every month and the front desk was unfamiliar with it and then gave me wrong location. Wasn't given any assistance with bags when I arrived unfortunately. Lastly, wish I was reminded breakfast was included. I had forgot and didn't know I prepaid for it.
The room was large and clean! was very happy with the facilities. I was able to check in early when I arrived. Location was perfect for most things I wanted to do and/or needed to get to.

Located downtown Tulsa, we were able to safely walk everywhere at night. Surprised to find so many good restaurants within walking distance. There was a wedding going on + grooms party was on our floor. Was concerned it would be noisy + it wasn't at all.

United StatesThe only thing I did not like was that I placed my order for breakfast the night before and I did not receive my breakfast at all the next morning. I didn't try to order breakfast again but maybe another time.
I loved the entire experience. I felt welcomed and safe. I would recommend to anyone I know who needs a place to stay in the Tulsa area. I loved the food also, very delicious. I did not try out the bar area but that was awesome that that was something that was available.

There wasn't any, so when I asked the manager she told me they don't do that. When I showed her the email FROM the hotel saying they were going to do that, she didn't honor that and said sorry, we don't give out free stuff. Even though I had the emails showing the entire convo. Manager seemed to not care a bit and was not accommodating or friendly.
