Room was spacious and clean. Pretty quiet. Aside from some sirens I heard in the middle of the night, there was no outside noise or noise from neighboring rooms to speak of. I liked the location, a few blocks off the strip, but the area felt clean and safe, unlike some other off the strip places I've stayed in Vegas. I'd definitely stay here again.

The lap pool at the fitness center was nice, but it didn't seem "heated".

The housekeeping staff, front staff, bartenders and waitresses are super helpful and attentive.

I love the Tuscany because the grounds are peaceful and tranquil. It provides a nice break from the hyper activity of the Strip. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the price is affordable. Easy parking, good restaurants and friendly staff. It is our go to hotel for trips to Las Vegas.

The only issue I observed was that if you were on the second or third floor, you always had to use the elevator which was only on one end of the building. You could not use the stairs to exit the building, except for an emergency.

The rooms were very clean and they were cleaned everyday. Because they are all suites, they are very large in size. The entire property is very well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. This property is truely under rated. The fact that it's off the strip, makes it quiet and peaceful.

I had a 2nd floor room. The elevator was often slow, tied up with other people, but the stairs only allowed for emergency exit.

This was the first hotel I can remember staying at where the shower head was taller than me. (I am 6ft 3in). There was also adequate water pressure. The coffee shop just off the patio was convenient.

There really wasn’t anything to not like

Great hotel with a townhouse-like feel very close to the strip, without strip prices. The hotel had a few restaurants, a casino, and a pool area that made it relaxing to hang out at. Low-key vibes in an upscale place. It felt very inviting. The room was a great size.

The sink drain in our bathroom was slow, and one of the pillows smelled like my Grandpa had been sleeping on it for the last fifteen years! Some people would call these rooms "dated", but they are mostly so well-maintained that it isn't an issue.

The grounds at the Tuscany are beautiful,. There are flowers, lots of shade, and the jasmine was in bloom. It smelled like we were in Heaven! . We like that there is a lap pool, and a large, well appointed gym. The rooms are very comfortable.

Well, the hotel is more than all right, I would stay again if we pass through Vegas, what I do not like is not really directly related [to this hotel only, as it concerned the majority of establishments in the US - all food and drinks are served in plastic or cupboard, which creates plenty of waste on one side and is just not nice on another hand.

For us the location was great, not so far by the airport, I am not so sure how it works for getting to visit Vegas, cause it was not the purpose of our trip. The room we got was pretty big for the four of us. The hotel building are not high as the rest of the buildings in Vegas, so one feels pretty comfortable. There are lots of plants and grass, it is green all around, so that is nice. There are plenty of choices for breakfast at their Botteca cafe and you can find some healthy things,

I booked with booking.com. I saw that after I booked it took the wrong date. It kept defaulting to another date. Perhaps it was I, but I could cancel because there was no number found on their website. After sending them an email, it failed. I am an honest person. I feel like this group you allow to book for you are scammers, but if you notice, that had nothing to do with the beautiful room we stayed in. I will never book with a third party again.

The open space is the room and kitchenette.
