I didn't experience anything that I didn't like granted. I was only there for about 12 hours.

Everything...from the location, staff, room cleanliness, room size, and overall hospitality was amazing. It turned a frustrating experience of missing your flight into a pleasant stay because of it. The shuttle driver was very nice at 4am. He gave me and all of the hotel guests good info just in case we needed to come back to the hotel due to further airline delays.

Airport transfer was disappointing the driver had radio on soo load but it was a short journey to airport so I didn’t have to be there too long.

I found the bed to be a bit too soft. And the door on the bathroom was hard to maneuver and let too much light through.

The options at breakfast were really good, so much to choose from. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

....EXTREMELY SPARTAN!!! .. ..NOTHING IN BATHROOM EXCEPT ONE TINY BAR OF SOAP AND BATH TOWELS. RUGS are OLD AND Dirty LOOKING, FRAYED AND LOOSE EDGES IN ALL PUBLIC ROOMS and BEDROOM ....ALL PAINTED AREAS WERE OLD FADED AND AGED LOOKING. ....NO BATH ROBES NO SHAMPOOS, LOTION,, SHOWER SUPPLIES, ETC. ... It reminded us of the lesser / lower quality Choice hotel chains, absolutely no feelings that were rin a HYETT quality hotel.. ....

When we checked out, the attendant at the front desk didn't even look me in the eyes when she talked to me.

1. The attendant who checked us in was warm and friendly. 2. The room was immaculately clean. 3. We were able to cast a movie from my phone to the television. That was appreciated. 4. The gentleman who drove us in the shuttle bus was very friendly.

The hotel was located centrally from everything you need. It was also very clean and the staff were very accommodating.

The decaf coffee was not hot. The oatmeal is yucky. It is so overcooked.

Clean, We loved the pool, good size and not crowded when we stayed. Breakfast was okay but acceptable. Frontdesk were friendly and nice especially the guy who we called Mr. Friendly 😃.

The king suit includes a kitchen with small fridge but no cutlery only two cups and glasses. Very small gym with some equipment not working. Location a bit far from well known restaurants and attractions. Swimming pool’s water has harsh chemicals that burns eyes with even a drop of water making contact.

The property was clean and comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff with a very good breakfast as well.

There was no microwave, this is an essential need because when traveling with children food must be available.

The location is good we loved how many airplanes would pass. Great breakfast, no waffles. Comfy beds , the pool was awesome!

There was not water bottles in our room, but the room had a coffee machine... Were we supposed to use it with water from the bathroom faucet??.... That's not good... At least a sign that said the water from the bathroom faucet is drinkable would be appreciated.... Other really bad thing happened in the morning when we went to have breakfast. There was this lady that works in the kitchen, she was following us to see what we take from the food and how we serve it... She said in Spanish we should not serve that much in a plate... I guess she thought we would not understand.... I don't know, but I turn around and told her... It's OK, we won't spill in the table....but she keep complaining and saying how I should serve my plates.... When we finish the breakfast, I told my mom I was going to get some more fruit, just to see if the lady was just behind us to keep bothering with her comments.... I made sure she wasn't around when I approach the fruit and guess what!... She came again, she was right after me like a ghost... I have to tell her... "You again! What I did wrong now"..... She said some excused words in Spanish and went away... She really was rude or racist... She made that part of our stay very unpleasant and the staff at Hyatt should train the staff to make guest feel comfortable, not all the contrary.... I understand that bad service in a cheaper hotel would be expected... But in a Hyatt I would not expect it.... No body should.

I like the rooms, and the easy shuttle service to the hotel. It made our trip going smooth specially after tired connection flights.

I got one hour less sleep than possible because the shuttle at the better time was already full and I had to leave one hour earlier.

Great breakfast and they had a toothbrush and toothpaste for me when American Airline stranded me for the night. Shuttle pickup in the evening went perfect, shuttle dropoff in the morning was ok. Staff was really friendly and really helpful.

Their restaurant was open until 11pm! Which was great as we arrived after 9pm. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were nice and clean. The shuttle came and picked me up from the airport and also took me back the next morning. The staff was helpful and provided great service at the bar.
