You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesIt snowed over night and salt was put down but it was so cold so when the ice melted on the walk way was super slippery and I fell really hard, I was heading to my pain Dr at the time which was a relief.

CanadaThey have a $75.00pet charge which is not made clear on booking.com. Booking.com does state that there could be a charge, however, they should indicate that it is crucial to contact the hotel regarding. Definitely would have impacted our decision to stay there. Lesson learned!!!!!

United StatesWe chose this location due to advertised hot tub and pool services and didn't find out till after checked in and back down to area the amenities were under repair. When ask at the desk the overnight clerk tried to just excuse it as no big deal not posted at reservation or check in the amenities not available.
The room was spacious and clean. The morning breakfast was good and the service provided was very favorable as the cook and wait staff interacted with each other and customers well.

United StatesUpon checking in, we were told the room we reserved wasn’t available. All sold out. This room had been confirmed before arrival, so I don’t understand why this was the first time we were informed that we couldn’t get the room we wanted. Honestly, we would have stayed at a different hotel had we known before check-in. Not the best customer service, no. Also, our television didn’t work, and when I phoned the front desk, there was no answer. I tried to reach the front desk for over 30 min, I understand people get busy or need a break, but no answer for 30 min! I didn’t go down to the desk because I was already in my pajamas. We really like this hotel chain, so we’ll stay at another, but I sure hope that facility is better managed that this location.

United StatesUnfortunately, the jacuzzi was not in service and the pool was to cold to swim in due to the heating element not working. I wish I would have had knowledge of this prior to booking the room due the disappointed looks I was getting from my children.
