It would be nice if they delivered morning coffee to the tents.

Location was good. Staff was super.

A lot. The gravel circular walkway that was right in front of our tent meant the golf carts kicked up dust and noise as they buzzed around everywhere. Didn’t like the use of plastics and not real utensils. The food wasn’t good. The lounge areas were too hot to use. The car ride system doesn’t work well. The porch chairs aren’t comfortable to sit in. The interior tents only have little battery operated fans, and in the heat of the day it’s not enough. Another window for cross ventilation would be good. No water or cups in tent. Can’t regulate the temp of shower or sink water, so can get very hot and no options other than call maintenance staff. The main dining/lobby tent has no ventilation and is very hot. The exterior dining area doesn’t have any real shade (just partial shade), and not enough tables under cover. So it’s hot out there until near sunset. You have to text to get a ride from the car park to your tent, but consistently they don’t seem to receive the texts no in a timely manner, so you wait, or walk in the dusty hot landscape to your tent. For $500 a night, how about some body lotion, or other amenities? Overall, not god value. For $300 a night I’d probably think it was good value.

The far Mountain View’s. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful.
