The staff at the reception was extremely slow. We waited 1 hour for our checkin with only 4 parties in front of us. The working speed of the staff was a nightmare and needs seious improvement.

The floor was a little dusty. When you walk around with your bare feet, you will pick up dirt on them. Just make sure to wear shoes when walking around the room. Everything else was good. We have stayed at both of the Endless Summer Resorts...it is highly recommended.

The services from the guest service was excellent. When there was an issue, it was corrected right away. They even rechecked several times to make sure everything was met with the guests. I would recommend Endless Summer Resorts.

The hygiene level must be improved as I stayed 11 days the house keeping didn’t change bed sheets till I requested that on the 7th day ! They didn’t clean the suite well as I expected, as they just organized beds and threw the trash can and refreshed the toilet daily with out deep cleaning for surfaces or the floor out of dust or changing bed sheets daily as I used in all hotels I travelled to around the world. But on the good side when I told Cathiern the lovely receptionist she immediately reported to her Manger who had really a fast responded , respectful and helpful.

The location is great with free lovely shuttle buses every 15 minutes to Universal theme parks and city walk from 7 am till 11 pm

You need to tell the staff that you need a shuttle to the airport within 24 hours of your departure, otherwise you will need to have them call you a taxi and/or get an Uber.

The transportation to and from the parks were exactly as described (easy and with minimal wait times). The staff were exceptional and made sure we had all the information we needed before leaving for our room.

I wish there was a true restaurant on the property as opposed to the grab and go. Nice to have Starbucks in the am but we weren’t a fan of what was available for the grab and go- it felt like gas convenience store type food.

The room was great- spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked that there were two separate bedrooms. The property was friendly, clean, easy to get around and easy to get to the shuttle. The staff was warm and efficient.

My only complaint was the surfside shuttles from universal seemed to run a lot less than every other universal resort. (& after 20,000+ steps at the park while baking in the hot sun with 6 kids, 25+ minutes feels like an eternity) & by the time they arrived they were so jammed packed you were lucky to get a seat.

Rooms were exceptionally clean! As soon as we arrived front desk surprised us, and we were upgraded to suites!! The food court/cafeteria was nice and reasonably priced. (Plan for extra time some stations would have pretty big waits for food) Staff were all super friendly and there are several lifeguards on duty while the pools are open!

I think the room should have more lights - there were only bed lamps and one standing lamp there. Also didn't like the parking is not complimentary.

Room was comfortable with good bed and pillows. Location and quick access to Universal's CityWalk by shuttle (and also the early entry benefit). The room service was also very good.

The bathroom was a bit small. The Internet was intermittent in the rooms.

Great location and transport to theme parks. Good food court, especially breakfast. The suites are great for families. Comfortable beds. It had a good vibe.

Parking accessible but shouldnt be an additional charge, lack of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Welcoming and helpful staff, easy and convenient connections to Universal theme parks, amenities relatively basic but wholly adequate, property and accomodation were clean, bright and attractive
