That the host asked what time I was checking out. Why ask if I have until 10am to check out. I felt a little rushed because they asked me at 10pm the night prior to checking out.

Clean, walking distance to all the fun on Hollywood Boulevard a short drive to universal studios, and the place was decorated so cute with Super Mario theme. Plus a fully functional kitchen.

It was a really cool room. My daughter loved it! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was just so fun. The staff was very understanding and so helpful. We will definitely stay again!!

I give a 10/10 but the neighbor above was always making noise. Every time it hits 2 am and my family and I would try to sleep we could hear the neighbor above walking for hours straight from 2:00 am to 6:00am is so annoying

The only complaint I have is it was close to the elevator so that was a little loud, sounded like a plane but it wasnt too bad once you hear it a couple times you don’t really notice it

Short distance from universal studios..

Let me tell you I was sceptical.. The Times I have booked and at arrival the place doesn't look like the pictures is many. Book this room!!!! Great price Josselyn was our host she was amazing! The room smells clean everything was well kept. I have no regrets my daughter loved it. Will definitely stay here again and bring my entire 10+ family next vacation if rooms are available.

Our only very small issues was that the shower head was low so it required some bending for anyone over 5 feet tall and the upstairs neighbor did some serious exercising pretty early in the morning.

This was a super cute place that exceeded our expectations!!! The loft was exactly as pictured and as promised, was super close to Universal Studios. It's also walking distance away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame so we only had to drive to the theme park and then we could walk to eat or get a drink. The free parking is definitely a plus, too. We sure feel super lucky to have found this little gem of a place and are looking forward to staying here again. Everything in the loft seemed super clean and brand new, the beds were comfortable, and the host was easy to reach. Plus, unlike renting through those other short stay sites, there was no long list of instructions to complete or hidden fees.

If I had to pick something, it would be not getting to use the pool that we had an awesome view of! But with Covid guidelines in place it’s understandable.

Our host, josselyn was amazing and had great communication! 💕The location was great & we felt safe in the area! The parking was steps from the elevator and we were always guaranteed that parking space no matter how late we got back. The room decor was amazing! My son and even my teenage daughter were in love with it! There’s a full kitchen with a full size fridge so that help saved a little money on food! Will def recommend and book again!

Loved everything.

Josslyn was an amazing host and the loft was just as amazing. Very clean and accommodating. Great location as it is only 10 mins from Universal Sttudios and about 5 mins from Hollywood Blvd walk of fame. The room was very Mario lol and my son loved it. This is better than any of the hotels we were considering.

Our first day we could not use the kitchen. Smelly water overflowig the sink. We had to clean the floor and going out to have dinner with the kids .The night the smell was so strong we could not sleep The owner knew about this issue before our arrival. Infact the same first day evening , before the issue was detected and reported by us to her, she sent maintence spanish speaking only guys to rectify the issue without informing us in advance. We could not understand what these guys wanted... The first day was a Total dissapointment , and more dissapointing the fact that the owner never informed us of this maintenance issue. We had to pay for dinner out, we had a restless night and the day after, the kids were so tired we could not go anywere... cherry on top we just discovered that instead to give some sort of compensation to us , the property tried to charge us by damages we never did... unbelieble ....

The first night, the person that lives above our room was extremely loud! Seemed like he had kids running around from 9pm to midnight. Stomping, running and screaming. Thankfully it was just the first night.

The property was very clean and comfortable. We love the room decorations. My 11 yr old daughter loved the room.

Everything was amazing ! Super cute room. My son loved it ! And the host was so helpful and responsive from beginning to end. Highly recommend! :)
