The beds were very uncomfortable. Everything else was great.

I loved the view and it was very homelike. I had a couple of questions and concern during my stay and they were very responsive and pleasant to speak to. We will be sure to go again.

Only real complaints are furniture was a little beat up, and out dated but still clean and stable, the worst was the beds, they were fairly comfortable but all of the beds were so creaky and noisy. Every time me or my husband got up we would wake up the other one because of the creaking. All the beds were like that even the other ones the kids slept on

The view was spectacular, plenty of room for the family, clean, and anything you would really need was there, blankets fan dishes etc

It was just a little outdated, but owners still adding upgrades. We also were not told that the indoor pool was closed until after we booked and since we booked the night before, we could not cancel and the pool was one of amenities that we wanted when choosing where we stayed.

This was a spur of the moment getaway. We loved the balcony and the view overlooking all of Gatlinburg. The kids loved the spiral staircase leading to their very own room. The master bedroom being tucked away with it's own private bath was also a plus. It felt so homey and we will definitely be staying here again!

It wasn't enough living room space, the balcony was nice, but small. The fridge didn't work. There was a cockroach in the dishwasher. And I didn't appreciate the fact that there was no elevator.

The location was nice. The unit was clean, & the balcony was great. I liked the sizes if the t.v.'s.

The cleanliness could be better. The stove was a bit rusty and we didn’t feel comfortable cooking on it. Which would’ve been really nice. Saw a couple of roaches not too many but enough to create a bit of distrust to the kitchen.

The view is amazing. Really motivates you to wake up crack of dawn to watch the sunrise. The service was more than exceptional and we felt really comfortable where we stayed from being able to sit and watch tv to just be there to sleep.

Make sure you got some good brakes on your vehicle your gonna need them coming down off that mountain

Absolutely best location overlooks downtown gatlinburg and the owner even made love birds out of the towels and put them on the bed I will definitely be renting this again next time I come down

the refrigerator was leaking , the tv upstairs did not work and the fan the the bathroom made a loud noise .

This condo looks bigger and better in pictures. It was not very tidy. I didn’t have any dishes to wash, but I did notice the dishwasher was not attached to the counter. The stove looks like it has seen better days. The outlets weren’t very accessible. Unable to use the closets due to decorations taking up the space. It was not the cleanest place. Game pieces were scattered around the condo. There was hair in the bathroom and food crumbs in the kitchen sink. The carpet outside in the hall leading up to the room was gross (which I know isn’t the owners fault). The hand soap in the bathroom was empty and nasty. I could see the screws coming out of rocking chair in the living room. We left early due the neighbor’s being loud and possibly had burnt something. The smoke smell on our last night was too much.

The location was spectacular. It overlooked the mountain.

The refrigerator did start making some really loid noise one night but quit within 30 mins and was fine.

The view from the bears den is absolutely breathe taking. This was the second time we stayed here and would book again. Plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 kids. Quiet. Peaceful.

not cleaned when we arrived, dirty floors with lots of dust. dishes had food residue, sewer smelled bad, garbage disposal was clogged. furniture is falling apart, loose and wobbly . one chair broke as I was sitting on it. dirty stained towels.
