The apartment shouldn't be split into rooms for rent as creaking floors and paper thin walls made it near impossible for me to sleep. Didn't help that someone in another room checked in at 3:30 AM and made noise for an hour. Even the slightest touch with the foot on the floor could be heard in the entire building. The house should only be rented as a hole. In addition to the poor flooring, some of the amenities were falling apart.

Nice quiet location close to uptown although car is needed. Comfy bed. Good value for money as long as you are a deep-sleeper type of person.

The soundproofing is TERRIBLE Whenever someone walks, there's a loud creaking noise, and you can even hear conversations and TV sounds. Even hard to sleep. The room is not properly maintained. I've seen several bugs, and there were times when the lock didn't work properly, and the toilet door lock was broken, almost trapping me inside Rude and unqualified Host. I used several b&bs all around the world. And this was the WORST.

WORST host I've ever met. He changed the room I reserved to a much cheaper and smaller one without any notification or apology and compensation. He ignored messages intentionally and was very difficult to contact. Communication didn't work during the stay. Very rude. All communication was through the cleaner; I don't understand why the host even exists. The room conditions were bad: dust, noise, improperly working lock on the toilet, flies in the room, and an unclean kitchen.

Sharing a bathroom with complete strangers and not feeling at home because there were a bunch of other people staying there too. It felt like I was intruding almost. And the house was soooo creaky. It could have been a lot worse. I've stayed in some gnarly, disgusting hotels so honestly these complaints are my issue and nothing the place can actually fix.

It was in a great spot. Within walking distance from a coffeeshop and some food places and about 10-15 minutes ,driving distance, from the venue. The house was clean and they provided towels for us and had a piece of chocolate waiting when we got there. It was affordable!!

Bed is low and uncomfortable. No hair dryer. Bathroom was dirty.

The shared kitchen and living room were nice. There was plenty of parking. The security was good.

The property was old and it was squeaking with any kind of movement. It was clean but not spotless. I couldn't make the coffee machine work in the morning, I wish there was an instruction to function it or if it is broken I wish it was fixed. I`d like to have a paper towel in the bathroom since it is a shared toilet. And lastly, there is a desk but there isn't a chair to sit on in the room.

The location was convenient and had free parking. Doors had digital locks. I had complimentary chocolates.

The property owner or manager was not very courteous and he commented that I was not a disabled man because he thaught I just didn’t want to stay in that room and I was just very sad to hear him say this.

It was a hostel with nothing in the room. No staff sharing a bathroom. Very shady. Worst $100 ever spent. Not even a garbage in the room. No phone. No cable tv. Horrible

It’s horrible to find the location I was looking about 20 mints to find the address after i found I didn’t get help or some one who’s open the door for me I nicked the door or staying out side about 1 hour it was horrible night for me I will neve staying again my live there

The only problem we had was the window-unit AC. The AC was so loud that we couldn't sleep at night. However, we had to keep the AC on in the summer. We did not rest well.

The Airbnb is located in a neighbor-friendly residential area. We managed to park our car on the street with no problem. The instruction for access is easy to read. We found there were already guests staying there. We got room No. 6 which was located on the top floor. The room had a shared bathroom with other guests. The room was spacious.

Comms with owner was a bit cumbersome. Interior blinds didn't work as expected and one bathroom was out of order while the other wasn't working flawlessly.

Area around the destination is fabulous. The house itself is great too. Walkable distance from the city center if you enjoy walking.

Door lock was not working. We felt a bit unsafe during our stay but in the end nothing serious happened. We hoped the property would have known about this sooner and fixed it promptly before or at least during our stay.
