Bathtub had a weird bleach smell and the jets sprayed way too hard so we couldn’t use it without the tub making a huge mess and i was very excited to relax in the jacuzzi tub after a long park day. It was the reason I picked this resort

Everything was great. The only complaint is that the dryer started to smell like burning rubber so we couldn't use it. We reported it to the front desk and they were supposed to send maintenance but they never came.

Building is older and shows the wear and tear. Many staff members speak zero English. One even pulled out Google translator when we were asking for help getting in our room when the key wouldn’t work and then finally just gave up and walked away.

Close to Disney. Room was large and had a lot of space. Great price.

I got tossed around from the moment of checking in just to get a parking pass which led me to someone who wants to talk about a time share. Got to the room and no blankets for our pull-out couch but they did bring us some after calling. If your not in your room when you call down for more supplies like towels they won't even exchange until someone is actually in the room. Staff wasn't the most friendly or attentive. We tried to back out of parking one day day and someone on a golf cart parked behind us talking to other staff rather then be courteous and move. Then on occasion, the staff would drive gold carts down the middle of the road rather than move and let anyone pass through which btw is a 2 lane. Also there are not pools at every building and then pictures are misleading. Kids were looking forward to the playground but we didn't have access because it was located behind another building that we didn't have access too.

I had a king suite, it was enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids with the pull-out couch. Loved that it had a washer and dryer and full kitchen. I don't really have any complaints on the room, could have been a little cleaner. The resort does have a parking garage in the event that you don't have enough parking but honestly, we only used that one day which was directly across from where we needed to go in so wasn't a huge inconvenience.

Tough to contact the front desk for things we needed (ie toilet paper, bar of soap, etc). Twice when we did get through, we ended up getting the wrong things delivered. We were also located in the building where the maintenance and house cleaning crews were located. It was pretty loud for most of the day and sometimes even very early in the morning.

The actual facilities were very nice in a great location. We actually saw a few really neat animals living in the conservation animals.

The exterior door to our adjoining suites needed adjusted to close properly and there were some elevator issues, but the property fixed the elevator issues while we were there. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better with some more spices and cooking utensils (wisk, measuring cups/spoons).

Great value for the price. The two adjoining suites were the perfect size for our family of five with two teenage boys. The pools were also great and the kitchen had almost everything you would need to cook meals at the resort.

It was unclear about the deposit and resort fees. We haven’t got our deposit back. The room was clean but we found our second night there was mouse droppings

Couch was hard. Stove was in but not set up properly so my husband had to put the eyes in place to get it to work. No baking / cooking sheet. Pool was not heated as advertised. Not enough carts to load and unload. We got a description to the building but no further instructions such as the entrance or elevators etc.

Convenient to shopping, restaurants and all attractions. Clean. Roomy. Great value.

The rooms are big and comfortable but In our room the furnitures needed an update, the couch was not comfortable because it needed to be renewed.

The pools were many and very good and heated. The location was very good, short distances to restaurants and groserystores.
