Ice Machine was a challenge in that we had to seek the front desk attendant to leave her station & walk the length of the property to open the door where the ice was located. Apparently it was due to the group of people that were monitored & ushered off the property by the evening security person. For guests it would be easier to move the ice machine into the main office area, since that location is monitored 24/7. No microwave nor refrigerator which would be nice to be provided. Apparently there were these appliances available in other rooms.

Breakfast was fine with some challenging dishes. Room was comfortable; bathroom facilities adequate (don't recall there being a grab bar in the shower).

The room was very clean and comfortable. Rooms are a little cramped, but okay. Very clean. The lobby is very open and bright. Breakfast was very good and still well stocked, even 10 minutes before it closed. You could walk to Denny"s next door.

My only complaint was how dirty and not very well kept the breakfast area was this time compared to the first time i stayed here.

Overall the Staff that checks you in was very nice and friendly.

To get a refrigerator in the room a higher fee for that room.

The room didn’t have a nightstand or lamp in the middle of the room so the room was darker than preferred, and no clock. The hotel was decent but the area was very rough, lots of homeless, liquor shop and smoke shop across the street. My bad for not looking up the area previously, but likely not an area I would stay at again.

The one worker who helped us checking in and leaving was very nice and helpful.

They changed a, I believe, $35 damage fee upon my registration. Immediately taken with 3-6 weeks to return. The shampoo and conditioner were empty, luckily I bought my own.

It was conveniently located near the seminar I attended.

There was a 200$ cash deposit which was wired and the staff was acting like they didn’t want to be there

I expected breakfast where things did not run out. The cause was not having designated staff manage the breakfast bar. The front desk clerk said she did it every day and could handle it. . . but it was obvious to everyone that she couldn't!! coffee ran out, food items out, just due to her being too busy to handle both duties. Otherwise, everything was as expected for my trip. I do expect a reasonable breakfast bar. Please change so I can return. then I would rate it a 9 . thanks.

Do not leave your items unattended. We left our hiking shoes out of the door for a very short time and someone stole them. So the areas is not safe.

The products for showering were of good quality, the beds were comfortable.

There was no soap, no microwave, no fridge. The bathroom had hair on the ground. The AC worked but would not stay at its temperature.

Very small room. Noisy a/c. Full of homeless people hanging around the area. The walls are very thin....you practically can hear someone farting next door or above you.

The sheets and some towels looked old and used previously. One of the bed sheets was definitely not clean.

Location, heard shoots outside, later found out that person was shot at nearby gas station.

Upon checking in, the clerk goes and asks for a $200 cash deposit (that was not mentioned). So. I asked if I don't have the $200 cash will they refund me the cost in which they said no. After checking out for the stay, the lady says "your deposit will be automatically refunded to your card." And, I let her know we ALL were told a cash deposit as needed. Sounds fishy to steal more money. NO Microwave and No refrigerator. Sound of the trains. Homeless folks around the area.

Clean. Friendly staff, had orange juice and coffee since breakfast was still being brought out. Denny's right across.
