I didn't care for the questionable people in the parking lot.

I like that it was clean with updated decor in the rooms. The pool and landscaping were very nice. There was plenty of parking for various size vehicles.

There was a roach in my bathroom and the water pressure wasn’t the best, and the bed frame was super creaky.

The location was really handy and made traveling to our concert very easy, and gave us lots of access to food spots, also the AC was perfect.

My reservation were all messed up,and they charged my card way to much money,they had me double booked and said my money would immediately put back on my card,I have yet to see the money,it has been 3-days

The doors of the other units, I can hear them slamming all night long. Maybe there could be some type of an adjustment on the door so it doesn’t slam so loudly.

The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The AC unit worked but was quite noisy and would kick on and off at random. The only elevator is quite slow. And the area around the hotel had quite a few unhoused people who didn't bother us but I also didn't feel comfortable walking around by myself.

The room was nice and updated. The bed was comfortable. The room seemed nicely cleaned. It had a mini fridge and coffee maker which is always nice.

Bathroom needs renovation.

Good budget hotel. Hot breakfast with waffles, bagels, eggs, meat etc. was satisfying. Close to restaurants, gas station, etc.

Beware: They will take a $200.00 deposit and charge it to your credit card on check in, this was not mentioned anywhere when I booked. The night clerk told me it would take 10 days to release the money, the morning clerk told me it would take 3 days. I took pictures of the room before we left just in case they said they wouldn't release my deposit, but all was well.

Room was clean and comfortable, even the pillows were nice. I liked how you needed to use your key card to go up the elevator, just gave me an extra feeling of security. The breakfast was far better than the usual cereal and juice at most American hotels, there were hot entrees and a latte machine.

The staff charged me twice for the room and my boyfriend they charged him twice for the deposit. And one of the housecleaning stole some money that we left on the table. Never staying there anymore. General management was rude

The lighting wasn't very bright. The light bulb in one of the lamps was out. The bathroom door is a sliding door and I could not get it closed all the way for privacy. We slept in after a long day prior. Left to go about our day around 2pm and put out the requesting the room to be cleaned sign. Cleaning staff was on our floor. Returned around 8:45pm and it had not been touched. We were told towels were in the dryer and to come back in an hr. 2 hours later we were able to get clean towels.

Great location to where I was going. Very friendly and inviting staff. Lots of dining choices nearby. I did like the added security to enter to the lobby after hours as well as the elevator.

Close to the highway and enough parking In real all was fine. Also the breakfast was good with more choice then normal I would say. All fine.
