Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI've stayed here many times in the past 15 years. I always loved the rooms. This time it was so inconvenient and the owners could care less. I booked a room for 2 queen beds by mistake. The price was234. I told the hotel I really only needed a king size bed. So she gave me a king size bed room. But still charged me the 2 queen size bed room. She told me it was the same price. Like im an idiot. So I booked again for 2 days. Price 157 for king size room. The room I was in was just done being remodeled. Without being checked for the work in it , apparently. None of the outlets worked but 1. It was horrible. U had to move the microwave and anything I needed to use to the one outlets. There were lamps on nightstands. But one has no plug to plug it in and the other one, couldn't plug in outlet. They were not working. I had no coffeepot which in description all rooms had them. I was told they are on back order but we can get you one if you want it. Of course I did. That too had to be plugged in only outlet that worked. By the door. And the blowdry we which was hooked to wall. Fell right out of screws. But maybe that was good since I had to plug the blow-dryer by the door to use. The room was the size of a shoe box. I felt claustrophobic and I'm not. The outlets were suppose to be fixed the day I told the owner about them. They weren't. And when I asked about maybe a different room was told. There weren't any , I could go stay somewhere else , basically if I didn't like it. Would of but it was booked through booking.com and no refunds. Oh yeah, the rooms were being used. My whole side was one big party at night with the workers that were doing work there. It was so disrespectful. All o er the side. In front of my room. Playing music til 2 morning and the more alcohol consumed the louder it got. It's a shame no one cares about the customers anymore.

United StatesIt was Spring Break for colleges, so all rooms were expensive. The color schemes for our room was mismatched and there was a dent in the door between the living area and the bedroom where someone had clearly punched it multiple times.
They had room available on short notice and I didn't have to pay for parking. Front desk guy was very nice considering how late it was when we checked in.

United States1. Parking...its a free for all. No spots in front of my room. 2. No breakfast offered and no help locating a place to eat. 3. No coffee in office area OR in room. 4. No pillow cases on pillows in shams. 5. Coffee pot in room was filthy. 6. No coffee to make , even if it was clean. 7. Office closes at 9pm and opens at 9am. 8. Right next to a Adult store. 9. Traffic traffic. Traffic. It's a $100 bed is all I can say about it.

The room was a 2 room suite. Clean, comfortable bed, large fridge with an additional fridge in the living room area. Pool was fantastic, warm, & clean no floating dead anything in there. Staff was friendly both the night staff & the day staff. Property was clean & well lit. Would stay there again.

United StatesDidn't find anything wrong other than a little wear and tare. The bathroom door had a little water damage but it didn't keep it from closing.
It was clean by passing the clorox wipes test. All of the surfaces came up clean, from the kitchen sink and countertop to the night stand, dresser and bathroom. Beds were comfortable and linens clean, even the ceiling fan blades were clean.
