A little confusing on the key pickup but that was probably more on me because of arriving after dark

Location location location. My son and I came to Indianapolis for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium and we could not have gotten any closer for the money.

We had a bit of an issue locating the unit as the elevator was down. Other than that, process was easy to get keys, etc

The elevators that are attached to the apartment buildings did not work at all. I don’t know if this was a one time issue for the weekend we were there or what. Other than that it was great.

The location is great! It is literally a stones throw from the pacers arena. There are great restaurants across from city way. The parking is excellent. The breeds are really comfortable. It is quiet at night.

No futon, as stated. It had a small couch that did not fold out and an air mattress that didn't work. To sleep 6 as stated, it would need additional sleeping options.

I would rather pick up keys from a live person upon arrival. But now that I know how to pick up the keys and get into keycafe, parking garage, and building it would be much easier to use again in the future.

Ok so here is the bad things. Doors, Keys, Parking and Bathroom First of all you get no information until day before you are to arrive, but more detail on the day you arrive. Next the directions was not the best for someone that has never done this kind of thing before. Free Parking! only one vehicle is free. But we had to pay even more. DON"T PARK until you get the keys because it will cost you. For less then 5 min $7 and it was $40 for the extra car for the night. This is not a hotel so your doors do not automatically lock. Yep we left and came back unlocked the door to an unlocked door.. You physically have to lock the door when you leave.. LOL It says that all units are handicapped accessible. THEY ARE NOT. No bars for the bathroom to help you get up. Toilet is not a high toilet like handicapped toilets are. Wheelchairs are hard to get next to bed. Also the bathroom towels are small and not very good. They don't really dry you off. Bed sheets had stains on them but smelled clean. Hair was all over the floor in the bathroom. Your better off taking your own shampoo and soap for bathing because the bottles was not full so they don't replace them when a person leaves. Changes that could also be made. Have an area book, map of the complex so you know how to get around the complex. Let you know how to explain to a uber, doordash or any other delivery place how to get there the name of the building complex with street names. Not one person knew the name of "Mitten House" DON'T check out until you have put the keys back. We checked out and then the key would't work to get out of the parking lot

The place was very large and had everything you need to even have a nice home cooked meal. We also used door-dash but they do need to be met at the entrance to get you order. You need to put this in your notes. We had a great guy that called us and made sure we got our order. The place felt at home and all the amenities of home. If you need help they respond very quickly for not having a phone number to call. Can not tell you about the pool or work out area because it was raining so I didn't venture out. The things we didn't like might seem to be a lot but we really did like the place and might use them again. Being new to this kind of booking just made it harder. No matter how many times you read the directions it was still not easy to do.

The key pick up and drop off was a horrible experience. It took several tries to get the keys upon check in. When we went to check out, the link to get the code to check out did not have our number and it took approximately 30 minutes to get someone to respond to help us. That is a very poorly designed way to get keys. The Roku box in one of the bedrooms was missing. They offered to have a new one delivered but we were only there four days and didn't want to interrupt our plans to be there for them to set it up. There was no soap or body wash in the bathrooms. I had to scrounge around in the supply closet to find some.

The best thing about this property was the location. It was easy to get to and very convenient to the venue we were visiting downtown. The beds were very comfortable. If you have more than 4 people, it would be difficult to sleep all of them. There were two very thin, flimsy fold outs located in the closets that did not look comfortable at all. The unit was clean. They were flexible with check in and out, which was nice.
