Initially room was disappointing - had to change rooms and Laura on reception was extremely helpful in arranging that.

New and modern facilities and super clean. The staff was very friendly and I loved that they let’s check in early which was much needed after a red eye flight. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is not big but nice and clean with a view to the beach. They have enough day beds and lounge chairs. The location was great right across from the beach and many restaurants nearby, very lively day and night, but not noisy. The spa was great too and cafe Americano downstairs has great reviews and the food was good.

The cafe downstairs isn't amazing, I'd avoid it, and being Ocean Drive it's not particularly quiet.

Great room with a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Large bathroom, good amenities such as free water. Generally a comfortable stay in a historic hotel in a great location.

Pool area unserviced. We wanted to sit by the pool and have a drink. There’s no bar or food at the pool. Also the beach. We had to carry our chairs from hotel lobby. No umbrellas are at the beach. Nothing served there either

Nothing not to like.

Traveling alone to relax. Perfect location. Staff Laura & Age were great. Right across from beach. Booked the ocean view room. Loved the Spa. Mimi I believe was her name. So helpful.

No kitchen area so no microwave. There was not a microwave downstairs either. I thought it was strange that there was only trash can and it was in the bathroom. It would be nice to have one near the bed or tv. Lastly, our room only had one washcloth on arrival. The next day the housekeeper came she replaced all other towels except no washcloths, which I’m not sure why. My friend ended up just using hand towels instead to shower.

Location and friendliness of every employee I met. Housekeeper came in every day and tidied our room.

A few times our room wasn’t cleaned so we had to call down to ask for new towels, toliet paper etc but they were bought up pretty much straight away. Not a big issue at all. The pool was nice but I think it looks much better in the hotel pictures!

Excellent location, staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant cafe americano was great too. Good value for money given the location of the hotel and its facilities. I would stay again.

Wow! Definitely was worth it, staff is really nice and kind with our not so fluent English, the cafe/ restaurant is also super nice, couldn’t ask for a better location! Hotel facilities meet up my expectations! We even got to borrow a bicycle!

Bedroom Pillows are the worst among all our hotel stays. It should be changed to a little firmer or better quality.

We found the Air-conditioning very noisy. Had to move rooms after 2 nights which staff did happily. We moved a few rooms down which was much better but still noisier than usual especially in the dead of the night.

The location is superb. Right on Ocean Dr, next door to the Versace Mansion and heaps of restaurants and bars very close.

Unfortunately the beds/matresses were too soft and they were really not "back-friendly". Nearly all towels had spots and traces of guests (I don't know what some are doing with the towels...) on it and some bath mats seemed to be nibbled on by animals... - maybe it would be good not to reuse them anymore.

The hotel staff was super friendly and they tried to meet all requests. The hotel is located centrally for all night activities. We were there for business, so this was not important to us. We enjoyed to learn more about the historical aspects of the hotel from the Manager.

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like.

I stayed in room 213 that had a king bed and opened up to the pool deck. Was absolutely wonderful. Best view of the Memorial Day air show from the pool deck. The staff at the restaurant was attentive and helpful. The location is as good as it gets for south beach. I also love the adults only. I will definitely be back. I did 2 spa treatments and thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism of the staff.

it is loud on the strip so some nights were noisy!!

great to be above the crowds on the Main strip and have access to a pool. never overcrowded around the pool either which was great. lovely modern room with super comfy bed.

The room floor was dirty -- walking around barefoot and then getting into the shower showed me how much. :( And the lighting could have been better.

Gabrielle, Latrika, and Rodolfo were exceptionally kind and accommodating, providing access to the pool while my room was cleaned. The hotel location was excellent -- I only wish I had realized the ocean would be so warm! I would have gone to the beach, too. The pool was great.
