Pool service. Thought I was in a dought. Had to look around everywhere to get service. But this is my only moan and it is slight.

The room was great and we had a wonderful spa bath but the bath had no view so not so great to lounge about in. The beach is within easy reach just across the road. The staff are great and very helpful. Great place. Pool is cool and well located.

Room decor was updated but the room and building overall felt run down. The shower door wouldn't close all the way, the bathroom window curtains only close half way, letting in all the Ocean Drive lighting to shine through at night. AC was NOT cooling. Hot tub jets did not work in the king suite. Pillows are terrible.

The bathroom windows allowed you to have a perfect view of the ocean.

Poor room architecture, not enough chairs and closets for 3 people. Open bathroom divided by a class wall, only one towel hook. Room cleaner did not have a vacuum cleaner to remove the beach sand.

There was no bin in the room. We requested one and were told one would be provided but it never was so we ended just putting rubbish on the floor for collection. On arrival the receptionist told us she would be sending a bottle of champagne to our room but again this never transpired 😞. Balconies were small with no room for a table. Not enough parasols around the pool to enable shade. Towels and bathroom toiletries were hit and miss.

The room was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was close to everything and it was great to have access to beach stuff and bikes. The bed was really comfy and I slept well. Overall we really liked the hotel and it's position.

Pillows are lumpy and hard, housekeeping did not replenish towels or toiletries... I had to ask twice. I could hear the hallway door close everytime and it was very loud and disruptive.

This hotel definitely needs a renovation. Carpets are very old. Swimming pool could also be refurbished. Overall, overpriced considering this No fitness room.

Some minor issues with house keeping. Need directions for the coffee maker. Could use a dresser.

Standard rooms look like they have a lot of natural light on the photos of booking.com, however in reality they are very dark and just face the balconies of other rooms. Reception staff does not offer any upgrades - just against a hefty sum.

There really wasn't anything bad but we did wish that the pool had poolside drink and food service.

Hotel Victor was excellent. The location is perfect - right across the street from the beach and close to all the restaurants. Despite being right on a main road the room was really quiet. The pool area is excellent. The staff were super wonderful. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

The room windows wouldn't open for security/insurance purposes. I didn't book a balcony as we wouldn't have used it, but nevertheless I still expect to be able to open the window for some fresh air, or at least in the bathroom, especially when you have a bedroom and bathroom in one ambiance and without a fan.

The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the action of South Beach. The hotel hall is beautiful. The staff were nice and friendly, with a special mention to Laura from the front dest who was very friendly, helpful, and genuinely chatty. Barbara was also very nice and friendly and sent us a bottle of Cava when she found out it was a birthday trip. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom products they provided were of great quality. They provide you with towels/chairs for the beach and have a 1h free bicycle rental.

Great location, made very welcome despite early arrival. Staff assisted us with luggage and use of facilities and did their best to arrange room. Nice pool area.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and lovely brunch and dinner in their restaurant. Great to have free bike use and the pool was fantastic.

During spring break streets are locked by the police and getting in and out with a car is troublesome. Compared to other similar venues we have stayed recently, this one is a bit overpriced.

It was Spring Break and I was not advised. The area had heavy security including barricades and a curfew from 12pm -6am. The taxi could not access the street and dumped me nearby. Was not happy paying full price for cut down service

We booked a poolside terrace so we could relax as well as tour Miami. People very much encroached on the space and took chairs from our patio area without returning and not only our patio. We didn’t complain but it was annoying

Staff was arrogant. Due to spring break we were unable to get back to the hotel at night efter visiting Key West because of the partys on Miami Beach that affected traffic in/out from Miami Beach due to the police. Staff who helped to book taxi in the morning from Miami Beach should have informed that it would be impossible to get back to Miami Beach during night because of the partys. We now ended up in booking a new very expensive night in Miami because of this and pay for the already very expensive night out on Miami Beach that we where unable to use because it was impossible to get out there! Hotel felt dirty, both in the room and corrridors. Both the bed and the carpet and curtains were dirty. The bathroom was not in good condition.
